I recently had to update my auto policy. It was easy using the Allstate app. I was also able to reach out o Sean Howey and he ensured that the policy was updated correctly. Hight recommend.

I felt that after I signed up with Sean Howey and Allstate I never got any contact from Sean Howey is difficult to get in touch with him reach out to him. I just felt it’s Customer Service aspect of his branch. was poor bear in mind though Allstate did take care of my, damage roof But services everything I’d rather pay more and get better service.

Sean knows customer service and commitment to excellence.He made this almost too easy.Thanks for the attention to detail and the money I save every month.It worked out to $120 a month on our auto insurance and $2500 a year on my homeowners.

I am a recent widow and contacted my agent to advise of my change in status and information. My initial contact was fine until I received an updated contract stating my monthly payment increased by 40.57 for my car and a 500.00 increase to my homeowners policy. I called another company and they were shocked by the 930.00 six months quote for a car I drive less than 30 miles a day and also were able to reduce my homeowners by 500 and car to 760. Needless to say I switched over. I advised Mr. Howey of my cancelation and he went off on a email degrading me for previous claims that were due to the freeze we had and stating he was stuck with my initial reports. I'm disappointed that I overpaid for too long with this company and his lack of professionalism. I don't recommend dealing with this agent for any insurance needs.

Terrible agent.Yes, I'm sorry Sean. One star was the lowest rating they allow us to give. Otherwise, it would be much much lower.

They collect your premiums but find ways to deny any claim you have time after time. I would not recommend them. Best to go with a smaller company that values your business.
