Thanks to Justin for helping me out with the truck! I went on an adventure looking at trucks, but this place was easier than the nissan dealership I originally looked at. Justin made sure that I was going to get a good deal on the truck, and he made the whole process extremely easy.
I would like to also thank Mike for helping with the financing part of it all, and he made sure I was treated fairly when getting the truck. Overall the dealer may look intimidating, but everyone inside couldn't be more helpful. Would definitely check them out next time I need a vehicle.

I had a great experience with my sales guy (Seth). He was very knowledgeable and a great communicator of when my truck was coming in. Beware though, they tried to mark up my vehicle $5,000 over what was agreed upon because it was the last 2024 coming in and they wanted a premium. Spoke to sales manager Reuben and he got it corrected. However, without his help they would have tried to get me to pay it. Thank you Reuben. Then when I went in to financing, they added $2,000 to the top line. I asked for a breakdown of the number and they couldn't provide it. I kept questioning until they finally said it must have been a mistake. Really??? They would have kept that money had I signed it. Overall it was a great experience until the finance guys tried to screw me and they tried to mark it up $5,000. Be on your toes and know your numbers if you plan to do business here. Very disingenuous.

Great service and good prices, very helpful dealer. This is my forth car with this dealer and I will keep going back, they really take care of you. It is always a good experance.

The body shop is a nightmare. these people are extremely rude to their customers, refuse to help and speak with people and if you don't need to do anything for 2 months or more, then take your vehicle there to get it repaired because it will take forever!

I have bought three vehicles from Five Star Ford in Carrollton over a 20 year period. The sales and finance people I've bought from have all been very friendly and go above and beyond to work with you during the whole process. This is my favorite Dealership hands down.

Buying the truck was good.
But try to get things repair or fixed under warranty is a hassle! It took three trips to and from ( and one to discount tire ) sam paks ford just to get a tire repaired and my driver's seat is still not fixed after 5 months

Beyond poor service experience. 3 weeks in shop from the day of drop off. No loaner offered (mistakenly said I didn't lease the car there)..had to beg the sales guy I leased from the get me one. Weeks to diagnose, had to prompt for updates, got the car back filthy. Looking at ways to get out this lease early just because of this experience. Do better Sam Pack. Do better Ford.
