I received a check for some items sold to this shop and the check bounced. I have called several times and owner does not have the respect to pay us for our product. Who would do business with a company like this ?

They did an amazing job on all the body work and the paint. Very happy with the results. Very honest and friendly people. Also very helpful with rental cars! Edward did an amazing job communicating during the whole process.

...came here to have my Ford F-150 fixed after another hail storm in Frisco. They worked very closely with my insurance and completely fixed everything. They even had the rental car come and pick me up from the location where we were at.

My car was severely damaged from the McKinney hail storm a few months ago, Edward and his team made sure every step of the way was simple and taken care of for me, even came to my apartment for me to sign paperwork so that I wouldn't have to drive out of my way. Best customer service from an Autobody & Glass repair shop I've gone to and would 10/10 recommend them to anyone! They truly believe in quality over quantity and only want to give you their best. Got my car back today and you would never be able to tell it was originally damaged by hail. Thank you Edward!!

I've used them for glass before and they gave me a great deal even after using a Groupon. Then I used them again for minor body repair after my car was backed into, and they gave me an amazing out-of-pocket deal and didn't report it to insurance! Thanks Safon! Will go to them again always, and HIGHLY recommend for any body or glass work!!!

Brought them a late model Chevrolet with bumper damage that had busted several sensors on my car. They did great work and even sent the car to Friendly Chevrolet for the sensor work. They were very easy to work with, always answered my questions. I would definitely recommend Safon Autobody.

They have rude advertising techniques. They put their flyers on our front doors and our cars. Nobody wants annoying ads at their doors and on their cars! It is disrespectful and rude. This was especially bad because they tried to take advantage of a bad situation (recent hailstorm) to promote their business. Don't encourage these tactics by giving them business.
