I am satisfied with the help I received here, Denise and Madison are very helpful, I’ve had a great experience with them. Madison helped me get a best price for Insurance on my vehicles and explained to me the policy and the benefits that I would have, Denise has helped one of my friend with coverage on his car she has helped him get the best price on his car and explained to him the policy and the benefits. I have both my vehicles covered and will also have my next vehicle covered. I have always been able to have all my questions answered in a timely manner along with any requested documents that I need. Ruby has always been available for me and is an amazing agent ! I Plan on staying with her as long as I have my vehicles !

This place has gone down hill to the point where I had to switch agents. My family was with this office for about three years and in the beginning everything was great. If I called, someone would answer or if I left a voicemail I would get a callback within 1-2 days.
Now, you’ll be lucky to get a call back within the same week. They are incredibly slow to respond and are severely short staffed. And when they do respond, God forbid it’s Ruby that gives you a call back because she is the least helpful, and gives the most generic responses.
I could ask the most simple question about my insurance and her response would be “that’s just how it is”. No explanation or details provided! Or if there was an issue with our insurance it was always our fault and never the incompetence of her or the office’s fault, and she would never let me speak with someone else. I guess so she could hide her mistakes.
In the end, I ended up switching agents because we just could not handle the terrible customer experience. I recommend anyone reading this review to find a better office, whether you are an existing customer or a potential new customer. The bar is pretty low so it won’t be hard to find a better office than this one.

I am super outraged with this insurance company, I started paying 133 for insurance then they raised it to 223.56 supposedly because we did not have a license which they already knew from the first moment and they said there were no problems that when I had a license it would go down, then they sent us a warning of Bluetooth that if we had it after a month our insurance would be lowered, which has been 3 months and no discount, today we called because my partner already has the license and they said that they were going to process all the information to a professional team and that in They will give a response in 20 days, to raise the price immediately they do it but to apply supposed discounts if they take their time, in short I do not give a lower rating because there is none, I am sure that that famous discount will be applied when the contract with them ends, That's why I don't recommend this company at all....

Avoid this location like the plague. I don't know how well they handle auto insurance or any other policy but when it comes to life insurance, its all over the place. I have never dealt with this much incompetence ever. I have been working with Jalissa since June 2023 trying to get a hold of a life insurance policy that belonged to a deceased family member and I have been getting the run around ever since. December 14 is when I went into office to try and get the ball rolling and every time I finish signing the required forms or providing the necessary documents , its always "we actually need this, or this needs to be done this way". Nothing is ever made transparent on what needs to be done.I was literally told back in December I would be receiving a check in the mail from the life insurance policy but it turns out the check had never been sent. Partially, I blame whatever "Life Company" department Jalissa is dealing with. On the other hand however, i think she could use more training or perhaps increase her knowledge on certain policies/procedures before making promises to me or other clients for that matter. This has been dragged out for way too long and its almost like they do not care, just collecting that paycheck.

Terrible customer service called multiple times and left multiple emails about replacing a vehicle and got no where. Spoke with someone named Joselyn and someone named Ruby both were very incompetent and had no idea what they were doing. Coming from someone who knows customer service you can tell by their trembling voice that their office is severely undertrained and no one actually knows how to do their job. They make promises about calling back but will in fact ignore all attempts made to communicate with them. Find a different agent in the area if you’re wanting to have State Farm as your insurance.

Highly recommend Blaine as your agent! He was so helpful by making sure I was able to get the best coverage and the perfect policy for me! He was helpful, patient and took time to explain everything to me so I could make the best decision within my budget. Overall a great experience!

I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this State Farm Agent. Please do yourself a favor and look at others that offer customer service that is far superior. I have been with State Farm for 40+ years and Ryan Klibert has been my agent for 10+ years. I very rarely call their office but recently due to a huge increase in my Homeowners, I had a number of questions. I spoke briefly with Ruby (office staff) who shut me off with a short answer. I followed up our phone conversation with an email with several more questions. Sent the email twice in a week - NO RESPONSE. Emailed agent Ryan Klibert for assistance - NO RESPONSE. Called office, left messages on voice mail - NO RESPONSE. Read the reviews....the good ones are for new customers as the office is very willing to give them service to gain their business. The negative reviews are from existing customers, like myself, who receive no time, no replies and are ghosted when they need assistance. Hope this review helps anyone considering Ryan Klibert as their agent.
