The loan ladies are extremely slow and the few times I’ve been to the branch, they do not seem very helpful when the line is extremely long. This young man should be commended for carrying the weight and exceeding customer expectations. Phenomenal teller!”

“Have all banking products. Rates are as good or better than competition. Biggest problem is there customer service wait time with there customer's. Many times I've had to wait 20 to 40 minutes and don't get the answer to solve the challenge. I now go direct to the branch I deal with the most. They get to the bottom of problem.”
