There is a lady I believe they are couple. I asked her to refill acrylic nails for me. She started giving me an excuses and told me to remove nails because she doesn’t have time. I agreed to remove it but she used some sharp nail cutters on me and trying to remove it through tools. She didn’t soak my nails in any liquid remover and it cut my real nails from the edges and now it’s hurting me a lot. I have been using band aid on all fingers and I paid her $10 to remove it and she wasn’t professional at all. My nails are broken from the middle and I don’t know what to do. It hurts and I can’t cut it because it’s way deep.

Do not & I repeat, do not use this salon! The owner is extremely rude. He acts like he doesn't need your business. He is afraid of men cause he is a tiny man. He has no problem telling woman off being the coward that he is. Even if you make an appointment, you still have to wait a long, long time because the place is total chaos. They only take cash & their prices keep going up inspite of the lousy service. They barley speak understandable English & only speak to each other in thir language. It is obvious that they are talking about & laughing at their customers. They should go back to their country where their nonsense is tolerated! Go to Michael's instead located NW corner of Josey & Frankford.

This place is very Unprofessional. The man that works in the front is rude and my Gel polished only lasted for 3 days on Acrylic nails. He only take cash and when you make an appt they are never ready. The color selection is outdated and he will not fix your nails unless you pay him again.Services: Nail art

I called ahead of time for pricing and he didn't understand what medium long length meant.. When I arrived, the guy at the front counter said it would be a wait. There were 2 people ahead of me. I think this should have been communicated over the phone. After my daughter and I were done shopping, she went back to the nail shop to see what the wait time would be. The guy didn't even acknowledge her or make eye contact. Poor customer service.

So I go there to get my nails and toes done. The first time I was told I took too long to decide on my nails bc I told him that he cut my thumbs nails down and he going to tell me after 20 mins into it that he won’t be able to do my nails bc he has a 4 o’clock appt when he started on my nails after 3. I went back two days later then he tell me he can’t do my nails bc I made him nervous when I told him he cut my thumb nails too short. So it would be better to let someone else do your nails.Service: Pedicures

Bad vibes. Nice nails. The man who did my nails did a fabulous job. I will definitely be coming back just for him. But the lady there gave off the most unpleasant vibe. Very unwelcoming, very unprofessional. She didn't wash her hands from handling someone else's feet (with no gloves) she went straight to charging me.
