They had my company vehicle handled in the time frame they promised & were very helpful throughout the entire process. I’ll be using them in the future for sure!

I don't know the fellow's name I spoke to, but he was incredibly helpful. I had a miscommunication while doing business with another local shop and was coming to him to have some unnecessary work done.. he easily could have ran me for my money. Instead, he called the other shop and took 15 minutes of his own time to help straighten it out for me. THESE GUYS ARE HONEST!!

Not a good way to treat paying customers. Paid for paint work that wasn't as good as promised. Almost embarrassing to say I paid someone professionally to do this. Worst thing though is while keeping my car on property (longer than expected) they did not lock it and things were stolen. They acted like it was no big deal. Now they won't even communicate with me.I do not recommend and I WILL be taking my business elsewhere.

one of the best services i have ever had. They did ceramic coating to my tesla, they polished real nice, they did paint correction, and a lot of touch ups to the car. The crazy thing is that they finished all that in the same day. Very affordable prices as well, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. These people do not belong anywhere near cars.I dropped my car off in Dec for paint/ ceramic coating. When talking with John it would be around $4,000 for it all and he said in January it would be done. I was polite, waited, and never rushed him. Then in February he finally texted me and said the car wouldn’t start and needed a fuel pump. The car was always running when I dropped it off, but whatever. I’m thinking because they leave cars in the open the gas was siphoned. He installed a new fuel pump, then my car continued to sit as he ignored the paint job and prioritized other work. Then his team had to jump start my car because they continued to let it sit there and his team reversed the cables and ruined the ECM! That is insane! He purchased a used one online, first got the wrong one so a further delay, and then when the car was finally operating again, he still did not prioritize my car and it sat there. He had said once it was running it would be the first car painted, so he clearly lied like he had numerous times when I was checking in weekly about when this would be done, let alone actually start. It was not until May that I got it back and then he said it was around $8,000. Way over what he said months earlier!I write this review because within months my car would die while driving it! This happened numerous times. I could have died. I never thought it would be related to his team, but it 100% was. I took it to numerous mechanics who couldn’t diagnose anything wrong with it, until saying it must be the ECM. I purchased one online, previously John told me how when he bought that one it was over $1,000, they are not anywhere close to that. I got one for around $200 which I know is what he did because he said all he did was plug and play. No dealership programming. This only lasted about a month and then the car began to die again. I had to take it to the dealer and pay their price for them to thoroughly diagnose my car. They had to program the ECM to my car, those aftermarket services never get the programming right and dealers have to do it they said. This is something John should have done and paid for rather than the mere plug and play that he did. I had to pay over $1,000 for this. They also said I needed a new battery and once I told them what this body shop did, he said they should have gotten a new battery if they fried the ECM and let it sit for 6 months. The battery cells were naturally dead.Then I had to take it to the dealer again because the car would shut off at idle. This diagnosis was that the fuel pump wiring was exposed. So when John did that repair it wasn’t even good work!He cost me so much money over shoddy work he did. I’ve called and emailed and he ignores me. He owes me thousands of dollars at this point and knowing his integrity he will never respond. He was never even polite about ignoring my car for 6 months. Each time I was in there I saw people battling him about issues from when they had left their car with him.

I was rear ended and the repairs done at Recon were excellent. Didn't take long after the insurance signed off on it. It's nice to find a go to for the stuff you can't do at home and done better than I can.Many Thanks to Recon for their expertise. The experience shows in the details.

I originally contacted 5 places near me to have a seat cover removed and replaced with the replacement I had in my possession. John was the only one who replied back to me and within the same day at that. I finally got around to having them replace this cover. Since they were so close to my work, they picked my truck up and brought it back afterward. The seat looks brand new again, and I'm pleased with what it cost me.I'll definitely recommend John and Recon Central to anyone who needs upholstery work done.He's a great guy, and they did excellent work.

My 1974 Chevrolet convertible was stolen from Recon Central on July 17 after the shop left it parked outside. The shop then waited 36 hours to notify the police, and me. The shop has assumed no responsibility for this, and my insurance was forced to cover the claim which was not enough to compensate me for the true value of the car. I would never recommend this business to anyone given what happened to me and the way that I have been treated. In my view, based on my experience, no car is secure there.Service: Upholstery repair

I found Recon Central online and contacted them due to their convenient location and wide range of services. Usually, you'd have to visit several shops for such a mix of services, but Recon Central offers it all in one place.I entrusted them with my car for ceramic coating, detailing, and repairing some scratched plastic trims both inside and out. John, a co-owner, really knows his stuff. From the moment we met, I felt sure he'd do a great job with my car. Their prices aren't the lowest, but they're fair, and the top-notch quality of work makes it worth it.After the service, my car looked amazing. All the swirl marks and stains from bird droppings were gone, and my car looked shiny and new. Plus, they finished the job on time which can't be said about many businesses today.What makes Recon Central stand out is not just their car reconditioning skills but the personal touch John adds. He's not only knowledgeable about cars but also about many other topics that I find interesting. Kelsey helped me find my husband a new steering wheel for his ten year old car, but the word "help" does not even COVER how tremendous her service was. I own a luxury car dealership, and I use Recon Central for all of their detailing and vehicle repair needs. They have the best prices, and I even entrust them with my personal collection. If you need quality service at a reasonable price, then John and Shelby are the go-to guys.

First off… google reviews doesn’t come close to what this company can do! I debated about ghosting them but changed my mind out of desperation!So I’m showing John what I needed done for my headliner, he casually walks around recommending additional work for my poor car. John wasn’t pushy at all… but came off like a concerned friend!!!I can now drive with my windows rolled down without seeing my headliner wiggle in my rear view mirror! Plus my headlights, wheels, and steering wheel all look amazing.. such a difference!I highly recommend this place because they do additional work you don’t request merely bc they’re car enthusiasts. For ex: I immediately noticed whomever did additional improvements to my steering wheel! ?Much thanks to John and the guys at ReCon… for simply being a concerned friend! I’ll be back.
