Great car wash. Free cleaning towels supplied. Free vacuums and air nozzles to blow out the big dirt before you vacuum. Super nice attendant at check in to explain all the wash options and offers the available discounts at the time. Super car wash really cleaned my suv and shined it up nicely. Looks brand new! They have no customer service number and have been secretly charging my dad twice a month. Who does that!? Also, we canceled membership about 3-4 months ago and turns out these people STILL are charging him. This place is a scam. DONT COME HERE!

Brought my 2025 bmw X6 here a few times. The first time I came to this particular location I noticed a scrape on my rim but didn’t think anything of it. Second time I went I washed my car and went on about my day after a slight wipe down of the water. I went to dinner that night and valet parked my car. The next day I noticed a deeper scratch and assumed it was valet. I went to the dealership and they told me that it doesn’t appear that happened from a bump in the road considering the location of the scrape. I went to the car wash again yesterday after just receiving my truck back a day prior from replacing the last wheel and lo and behold A DEEPER scrape! (Pic uploaded) I reached out to the contact and no response. You all will he hearing from my lawyer.

I paid $16 for a wash which includes Tire wash. The guy at the booth was more interested in selling an unlimited plan than actually listening to what I need. Although I paid for tire wash, they did a basic wash which was lousy. Tires were not even wet. When went back and asked, I was told the tire wash was in repair and some mechanics were working on it, and then sent me into the wash again promising a tyre wash. The second time even worse, they let in two cars with very small gap, and the car behind me hit my bumper which damaged the skirting. I will not come back, not worth even a penny
