This is the best gym I’ve ever been a member of! All of the coaches are so knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. The workouts are pretty challenging, but they will help with modifications to keep you from burning out. I’ve never gone to a gym where I felt like the staff genuinely cared for me and my progress the way I feel like Purse does. Check them out - you won’t regret it!

Amazing workouts and loved the enthusiasm and motivation of the coaches specially Trevor, Eric and Jessica. They are very encouraging during workouts and give tips on how to recover post workouts. The owner, Trevor provided personalized nutrition plan which is extremely helpful.

My wife tried the FREE 42 Day Summer Slimdown Challenge. During the challenge, a trainer harassed and bullied her about her asthma. She pushed through it and completed the trail. She asked for a refund and was told no, it is a credit. When we inquired regarding this misleading tactic, we were told that their would be an offer for individualized training. We considered the offer. But in the meantime, it has been almost a month with no response. We do not want to do business with this company. Would give less than 1 star if possible.**Please reread the post after your response. You said you would call me back. It has done no good to call you. There has been NO RESPONSE.I am not stupid or lazy. Please do the right thing here. There is a BBB complaint as well.That text is from Sept 10th. NO RESPONSE. Our phone bill can prove that too. Business is business.So that we are all clear on your advertising tactics, despite your comment of saying you don't advertise anything as free, both of the images attached indicate FREE. There is no confusion or missing information on our part. Your comment and tactics very clearly indicate that you DO advertise as free. You DO NOT return phone calls or communication. We were completely willing to work with you. But now we are not. We demand our money returned and that you stop the bait and switch for the sake of people like my wife who just want to work on their health and not have predators like your facility taking advantage of them. Thank you.

Yeah, no thanks! I don’t appreciate being insulted on my first visit and having a consultation with another person there. Jason was comparing my body to the other person there. I don’t want to go to a place that treats people like that. Also what a rip off... I would suggest taking your money elsewhere.
