I'd like to recommend Primrose School of Castle Hills. From the administrative staff to the teachers in the classroom...all have a genuine care and concern for their students. They go out of their way to ensure both the students and parents have a positive experience and they tailor their care to each students' needs. This is what makes this Primrose stand out from the others. (And we have been to others.) A few rock stars that I'd like to mention by name here: Jennifer Braun (Director), Ms. Lovato, Mrs. Levingston, Mrs. Evans.

I could not be more grateful we made the decision to put our son at Primrose Castle Hills. As a new mom, I had so much anxiety around putting my most precious gift in the hands of others. From the first moments of my tour, I felt so much peace. Our son has now been there in the infant class since the start of the year, and he is thriving. He loves his teachers and is growing so much every day. I can't say enough about the leadership and teachers. The leadership team knows all of the kids and is so on top of daily operations. The teachers are so amazing I could cry. Our son's teachers know him, treat him as an individual, love him, and invest in his development daily. They send updates of all of his activity and learning, and all the pictures and videos get me through my day! To know that he is happy, learning, safe, and loved means the world to me.

We could not have been happier with our experience at Primrose. Our daughters were there for Preschool and Pre-K. We loved the teachers and administration and felt like they really cared about our kids. We really liked that they kept us updated with pictures on an app to show us what our kids were learning. Highest marks for Primrose!

We love Primrose School of Castle Hills! The teachers, staff, chef, management are all professional and friendly. We were looking for a school that provides the same structure, schedule, and engagement as we have at home for our little one. This school is everything and then some! The teachers really listen and work together with you on everything. The director is wonderful and runs a tight ship. We especially love how they include parents in a variety of different events throughout the school year. Our baby girl is very happy here! Highly recommend!

We have had both of our daughters enrolled at Primrose Castle Hills since they were 2 years old. The teachers and the staff are amazing. The preschool teachers are beyond wonderful. Mrs. Levingston, Ms. Lovato, Ms. Evans are astounding educators and we have felt they have done wonders with our children’s educational development. Primrose has a great curriculum and does not compare to other schools. Primrose Castle hills has prepped our daughters for kindergarten and have given them a head start for sure. We are happy with our experience here and would highly recommend the school. Mrs Braun is very nice and the entire staff. The school is kept clean and beautiful.We will miss the school dearly!-Mrs. Shaikh

if i could give this place negative stars i would. Underpaid for the work I did. making $11 an hour when tuition got raised TWICE in the 10 months i worked here. management is unsupportive when the children hit or hurt staff. Most days i wouldn’t get a chance to eat lunch because i wasn’t given a real lunch break and had to eat when the kids are asleep but they dont always sleep at the same time. they over enroll students knowing we do not have the space to cater to the child. During their summer program they had way too many kids in one classroom, 50 students on a full day with only 2 teachers. And when i called in saying i would be out because i experienced an active shooting for the second time in my life. i was told i would need a doctor’s note or it would be an unexcused absence. They also require staff to work or come in outside of operating hours and dont pay them for their labor, and if you dont they write you up for it. Tuition is crazy high and they will raise tuition on the parents saying high tuition rates go towards raises for staff and maintenance on the building but then do not give their workers fair wages after overcharging parents. I do not recommend working here.

My husband and I are newly parents and non-Texas natives. Primrose School of Castles Hills was one of a few daycares that we toured for our newborn, and we were extremely pleased by the facility, the staff, and curriculum. Mrs. Braun is an impressive Director who facilitates this incredibly well-organized school. She knows each child and parent and makes them all a priority. Our child is an infant and we are blessed to have Mrs. Goff as their teacher. She has been mentioned by other parents in our neighborhood as magical, which is precisely what we have come to find out for ourselves. She has years of experience, anticipates our child's every need, and exudes the utmost warmth and care. I know that my child has a great experience by their smile every morning at drop- off, and the growth that we see every single day. We feel like our child is being nurtured by family, and we could not be more pleased, or be in safer hands. We would recommend Primrose School of Castle Hills, Mrs. Goff, Mrs. Braun, and the entire staff to any parent who wants the best for their child, which we all do.

This is our baby girl's first week at Primrose Schools of Castle Hills and we absolutely love it! It's love at first sight for us and for our almost 3 year old!The staff is super professional and carefully listens to parent's instructions and concerns. But most importantly, my little one is so happy there that she never wants to leave school.

I am so glad we choose Primrose School of Castle Hills for our son. Our son was loved and extremely happy (so much, that he did not want to go home some days). They make sure your child is safe and constantly learning through fun and play. The teachers have been there for years. The owners are hands on (literally!!). It truly felt like family !

Our daughter has had a great experience over the last four years in the Explorers classroom. She loves the field trips and other themed activities during the summer and has made wonderful friends. The teachers and staff are so kind and helpful. We would highly recommend Primrose of Castle Hills to other families!

Two years ago, our daughter was at Prince of Peace (from 18 months to age 3) and although they loved on her quite a bit - we didn't see her hitting the age based development milestones that we felt were within reason for her age. My wife spent a ton of time after work getting our daughter familiarized w/ her ABCs etc.. Then it dawned on me to go back and check out Primrose of CH because they were the other facility that I really liked. I reached out and the team there responded and we got our daughter enrolled. It truly has been amazing to see how much she has developed over the last two years. Every single person at this facility played a pivotal role in ensuring her safety, development and unique program offerings to equip her w/ the tools to take on kindergarten. The amount of care, love and family setting is second to none. We've been EXTREMELY pleased at the way our family has been treated. As many of you know, since COVID has been upon us, it has been challenging navigating and the facility did a great job in keeping the parents up to date on what was going on. This team has been a godsend. If you are looking for a fun, safe and age appropriate environment for your kids to enjoy their early years - send them here. You will be happy that you did.

My husband and I are very disappointed in our experience with this facility. We toured the facility at the beginning of the year with hopes that we could enroll our daughter within 2 months from that time. When we visited the facility, we were told that there was a waitlist for the newborn room, understandably so, due to the current day care situation, but we were not given an exact timeline. My husband and I were hopeful that we would get in within the two months. The owner requires you to put down a NON-refundable $150 deposit, regardless if you get in or not, you lose the money. Later that week I called back, and inquired if there was any further estimate of potential timeline, and they now said December 2022. It's now been 6 months since we put our name on the waitlist and they just contacted this past week to inform us that tuition has increased and if we still wanted to remain on the wait list. We would have really appreciated if we had just been told up front that there was a wait list longer than 6 months. The owner should also consider after a certain amount of time allowing that money to be given back to the family. Also, don't bother going there if you aren't interested in full time childcare. You will be bumped to the bottom of the list if you are interested in part time. I just wish they would have been honest upfront so we could have continued with our daycare search at another facility. As a first time parent navigating the day care world is hard enough.

We are so thankful for Primrose School of Castle Hills. My son started at 10 months in August 2020 and I couldn't have expected better during this pandemic. I love the way they handled everything to this day, putting children at first, always! My son runs every morning to get there! They are attentive, adaptable and truly caring. It is such a piece of mind to be able to trust them that much ! Thank you Primrose
