We had basic builder grade cut out in our living room next to our fireplace- and for years we wanted a built in cabinet/shelf combo. We randomly walked into Premium Cabinets to see if they any ideas. The two women who spoke with us in their showroom were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about custom cabinets.After showing a picture of what we wanted- we got a quote and an appointment to have our space measured THE NEXT DAY! Measurements were quick and accurate. We gave them a deposit and waited for a communication that our built in was ready.The pieces were delivered within three weeks and installed the next morning. A perfect fit. Professionally installed. Absolutely A+++(I’ve tried to download photos- but keep deleting them by accident… trust me- the built in looks like it has always been in place!)

Ofelia is incredible. A true professional. Her abilities to show you your project and use her software to do it makes it fun, exciting and easy to envision. Her moving and installation team were extremely hard working and respectful. They took their time in making sure everything was perfect. This company helped us with our kitchen cabinets a few years back and they were so good that we decided to use them again. We are so happy we did. Please give Ofelia a chance to help you. You will not regret it.

I believe it's important to acknowledge and share service excellence when you experience it. I am grateful to have found Premium Cabinets today. Despite my efforts, I was having difficulty finding the right solution to a problem we were experiencing at the home we had recently purchased. Multiple contractors and suppliers I had consulted were not able to help. Within a couple of hours I was able to get the solution I needed - provided with excellent service and follow through. We will certainly look first to Premium cabinets for our additional future needs.

Went to see Ofelia after a neighbor recommend her. Her cabinets are well made and look great. They have adjustable shelves and there are many additional options to choose from, like pull out shelves and pull out garbage bins, just to mention a few. I really liked the fact that she would come out to the job site to take measurements and use those for my design and wish list. The other places I was looking at were only going to provide the cabinets and I had to give them the correct measurements. I am so glad that I choose Premium Cabinets because I'm sure I would have messed things up. When I first started with Ofelia, I gave her my measurements and she came up with a plan that would fit my requirements. After we had a basic layout, she came to my house to take measurements and realized that some of my original numbers were wrong. She took correct measurements and we were able to fit another cabinet in! Glad I choose her company! Although she is not a contractor, she does know and works with people who can install the cabinets. This made the process so much easier! With the other cabinets companies, I would have been left with the task of looking for my own installers. I will infidelity use her again, if I need to replace any other builder grade cabinets in my house.

Having a water heater burst and flood your house is not a fun thing to experience. Unfortunately, this incident damaged my kitchen and I needed to find a someone to replace my cabinets in a timely manner, as my wife was pregnant and we had a 1.5 year old as well.After about 30 calls to cabinet companies and contractors I just about gave up...then I called Premium Cabinets and spoke to Ofelia. After letting her know what my situation was the first thing she expressed was sympathy and asked how WE were doing. Throughout this whole experience not one insurance agent, or GC asked how we were doing. She didnt care about the business she could get she card about my family. This was the start of the best service I've ever had.The amazingness didnt stop there. Once we were invited to the show room we were treated like family and helped by an obvious expert. Carefully navigating the treacherous waters of helping a pregnant mamma decide what style she wanted. To our surprise she led us in the right direction and helped my wife pick our dream cabinet design... and eventually layout!Prior to selecting Premium Cabinets everyone I spoke with quoted me 4-6 months before they could even start and then they would take another 1-2 months before they would be ready to install AND THEN 2-4 weeks before they could fit me in for an installation date.Ofelia set the expectation that it would take about 5-6 weeks before our cabinets would be ready and about a week after that for installation. To our happy surprise, they were ready in 3.5 weeks and were installed a few days later include the new layout that added sooooo much room.Put the customer service STILL didnt stop there. Due to a manufacturing issue we had an issue with our quarts countertops. Without skipping a beat she asked for a few pics and went to bat for us.If you are in the market for new cabinets due to an remodel or a disaster, look no further than Premium Cabinets. You'll be hard-pressed to find a company and person to work with!

We love, love, love our new kitchen!! Despite supply chain delays and shipping issues, Ofelia was able to help us complete our dream kitchen on time and before Christmas. She was so easy to work with throughout the process from design to hassle-free quote and installation. We are already working together again on a new kitchen for my mom, and I have a feeling it won’t be our last project together!

Love my new kitchen and bathroom!! . From start to finish, the communication with Premium Cabinets was outstanding. I had a hard time deciding on the cabinet style, hardware, backslash, and countertops. Ophelia has a great sense of style and helped me every step of the way. The quality is superb. The price was well within my price range. I certainly got my money's worth. Five stars!!

Premium Cabinets is one of the best companies we have worked with. Not only did the owner take the time to come to our house to view the area we needed work on, but within a week, one of her carpenters was able to complete the work in less than an hour. Oscar did excellent work, he explained the options, and is even building a trim piece we needed. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. We'll be calling Premium Cabinets again for several other projects we need work on. Thank you for your excellent work and customer service. Ofelia Nations is a fantastic business owner--professional, friendly, attentive and goes out of her way to help you with your projects.

I met with Ofelia both at her showroom and at my house, she was very nice and seemed to know her products. We paid her $500 to to a cabinet design for our kitchen on September 22, which she said would take about 2 days. After that, she stopped taking my calls or answering text messages. On October 9th, she emailed that she had a family situation that had been taking her time and would refund the money. Since then, she has not responded to me or refunded my money.Update:Oct 3rdOfelia issued a refund for the design fee earlier this week and called today to give what I would describe as a very sincere apology. She explained that there was a complex family issue. The nature of the issue is not what I would describe as ordinary or something that would be recurring. I think that once some time has passed, things will be back to normal for her business at least, and I wish her family the best.

Love our new cabinets in our master bath!!! These are really nice quality wood and finish, and installer did a nice job of finishing out holes for plumbing and electrical. Ofelia was so helpful from start to finish. Her 3D visual of the cabinet layout helped us refine the plan and get the storage and balance we were looking for. We also got the countertop thru her source, MSI (excellent choices), floor tile and fixtures and sinks, and Ofelia coordinated it all and everything was completed as scheduled-no delays. I would definitely recommend this company for your new kitchen or bath.

We could not be more pleased! We just built a new home and our second floor Exercise / Game Room required additional storage space. We did a ton of research before we found Premium Cabinets of North Dallas. We met Ofelia, the owner, one rainy cold Saturday morning in her office and showed her the room dimensions and pictures. She went over options and provided us with a quote on high quality pre-made manufactured cabinets that would suit our purposel that her team could install, which was VERY reasonably priced. She also suggested, before we decided, that we give her the chance to work up a quote for custom made cabinets, hand crafted by her own talented team, that could be made wider than stock made units, and more custom fit to our space. She asked us the types of wood we liked best and we gave her three types. She told us she would get back to us the next day. My wife and I left her show room and as we drove home we talked and never thought we would be able to afford “custom made” cabinets, especially after just buying a new home. The next day Ofelia called and emailed us quotes for the three different types of wood we gave her, and when we compared prices to the pre-made, manufactured cabinets, we were very surprised. For just a little more money, we were able to get custom made solid oak cabinets (we selected oak) with a granite top for the lower section. Ofelia personally came to measure the job and her “White Glove” delivery team literally expertly hauled these heavy, fully made oak cabinets up to the second floor of our home a week prior to installation. The day of installation her install team was there on time (actually early!) and cut the baseboard so precisely that their was NO ... I mean NO repair or patch work needed. The cabinets fit so precisely and tight to the cut baseboard, it was as if they were original and later the baseboard was installed! They even cut the electrical receptacles into the cabinet backs for use. I’ve done a lot of home remodeling in my time ... and I’ve built two homes myself as the general contractor so I know my way around a hammer and saw. I was blown away by the quality of workmanship. The finish carpentry and craftsmanship of these cabinets is extraordinary. The installation work is perfect. The cleanup was amazing. I can’t seem to attach picture here, but I am a subscriber on Angies List and also entered a rating there and uploaded pictures. So if you are an Angies List subscriber you can see the finished project results there. Regardless where you get your ratings ... I just want to share that I don’t often give a service provider five stars ... if there were six stars I would give them to Premium Cabinets of North Dallas and proudly welcome you to my home to inspect their work. I cannot endorse them highly enough. Their work was outstanding.

Highly recommend Premium Cabinets. The design process went smoothly even with all the changes we've requested. The wide selection of door style and countertop makes it easy. Ofelia has an excellent knownledge of kitchen design. It's nice to have a one stop shop.
