Paulina Tran and her assistant are the best ! They are both very compassionate, knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable at all times. They value their patients and your time. Highly recommend.

Dr. Yang and the other staff I interacted with have been nothing but fabulous. They were upfront and honest about all my options and costs of testing. Appreciate everything they do!

Precision Family Medicine is a great clinic. The front staff is kind and efficient as well as the entire office and the clinicians. Jacob Gise is a fantastic provider. He listens carefully and makes great suggestions regarding lab work, testing, and lifestyle modifications based on my age and history. He really knows his stuff and I can tell he really cares. Very different experience compared to all my previous primary care visits at other offices. I know I’m in great hands with Jacob and Precision.

Been cared for by Dr. Murphy and Amber for years. This dynamic duo is caring, charismatic and most important kindhearted. The extended family has now switched over to Dr. Murphy/PFM and we couldn't be happier with the level of attention and compassion when it comes to our health care. Thank you guys.

Worst experience in my life! They are neglecting patient rights. Keep away from them.

I have been going to PFM since 2017. It was great pre-pandemic but post pandemic they have opted for quantity over quality. Dr. Bailey is awesome! Dr. Bailey''s nurse is great but she seems overwhelmed and undervalued. The young lady, Trish in the front office is great! Everyone else at this office in Carrollton appears to have textbook knowledge but the common sense of a gnat. The doctor to patient ratio has grown beyond their administrative capabilities. Their healow app is poor quality. The few times I've used the televisit option, the UX was horrible. 2 of the 3 times the doctor had to switch to an audio call to complete the appointment due to a network issue on their end. The PA assistants operate like they are doped up on the meds they're prescribing. They are highly unorganized with the exception of the few I mentioned earlier. If it weren't for them I would've given less stars.

Dr. Klitgaard was on time and efficient. The clinic is clean, large space, feels new. Lab was quick and I got my results the next day. I was able to view them on the healow app. The staff was friendly as well. Thanks yall!

We mainly see Dr. Carter or nurse practitioner Jacob Gise. They are both wonderful and are always friendly with us. They are thorough when we go for a sick visit or physical and always right in their diagnosis because whatever they prescribe works for us. We would highly recommend any of the doctors at Precision Family Medicine, but we especially like the two that we see.

June 8th 2023 -This was not a good first experience. I can't get an Rx filled after paying $184 for the visit. I was told that my Rx would get called in, but I never received confirmation that it was called in. When I called back to follow up, I left a message, but no one called me back. Terrible communication for a first-time visit at this doctors office. I would not recommend them.Follow up to my previous review - On Oct 20, 2023, I received a bill for an additional charge of $99 for the worst service ever! I called to get an explanation for the additional charge from the billing dept and received attitude, and was told that they under billed me and will have some call you back to give further details for the additional charge and what did I get? Crickets and no call back. Beware, beware, beware!!!

Precision Family MedicineI am still here, writing this review for you, thanks to Dr. Bailey and his team at Precision Family Medicine. One year ago, I went in for a physical, and Dr. Bailey discovered an unusual mole inside my right arm. He removed the top layer, sent it to the lab, and called a few days later with news it was Melanoma, stage 1B. He sent me to a specialist, who then sent me to a surgeon at TX Oncology, where they removed the remaining cancer and performed a lymph node biopsy. I was exceptionally lucky, for it had not spread. It is one year this month since the surgery, and I remain cancer-free. I do skin checks with Dr. Bailey every three months. There is not a doctor anywhere I would trust more. I am so grateful for having top-of-the-line medical care at Precision Family Medicine/ Dr. Bailey.

My most recent experience with nurse practitioner Jacob Guy was mortifying to say the least. My previous doctor, Dr. Tobias, has left the facility and I was partnered with Jacob. Typically my experiences have been pleasant and my concerns regarding my health were taken seriously. Due to me not having insurance, it felt as though there was no effort from Jacob to assist or determine what my issues may have been. There was constant talk about “no insurance” “too costly” and never a “this is what we can do” or “it’ll cost this much to the run these test, would that work for you.” I knew my visit along with whatever test I would need would be costly and I’d have to pay out of pocket but I was absolutely fine with that because my health is important and I’d pay anything to ensure I’m in top tier shape. I never brought up me being uninsured nor did I ever bring up cost of anything, I only explained to him my symptoms. I felt as though money was more important in this situation then his patients well-being.I will never recommend this place to anyone nor will I be returning. I felt discriminated against all because I don’t have insurance… no advice, no thorough test. Just a 15 minute conversation and a wasted $115.

Recently, I completed my yearly physical, and the entire process went incredibly smoothly. Dr. Bailey and his staff are organized, efficient, and have done a great job. I appreciate Dr. Bailey's sensitivity to cost when prescribing medications or recommending testing options.I wholeheartedly recommend Precision Family Medicine to anyone seeking comprehensive, compassionate, and cost-conscious healthcare. Dr. Bailey and his team consistently go above and beyond to provide exceptional medical services, and I have every intention of continuing my patronage for years to come. Thanks again!

Long wait for Drs. usually 45 mins. Before being seen. But I love Dr. carter. He's worth waiting for because he takes his time with his patients. The others are ok, some of them are a bit dismissive though.
