Unorganized & unprofessionalAccount carriers unloaded while attached and present in their trucks. Outside carrier has to detach or stand outside truck in elements.Price accordingly

This store was sold out of ALL their premium paints. Sales associate recommended a latex paint that he assured me would work similarly.... NOPE! 2 coats of paint later and it’s still extremely patchy!! Save yourself a headache and skip on PPG products!!

Friendly Service! But Drop the ball when requesting for draw downs. I’d requested Draw downs that’s very time sensitive and was told these will be mailed to me once ready by Tuesday. Followed up Friday because of no draws down has been received. Come to find out, My request was sent to the Dallas location for fabrication because they are custom colors. I was provided the Dallas phone number and Dallas location stated they don’t have no such request. I called Carrollton location again, and was told they are going to follow up and call me back. Never received a call back and still no draw downs!!

Went there to make a delivery and no one can tell u where is it that u are supposed to be from the security guard at the main gate to the receiving office personnel, nor the yard dog driver. It took me more than 40 minutes driving inside the facility going from building to building until I figured it out....
