We can load your furniture in your pod or unload it. We have been helping customers with thier pods from pod location at home or onsite. This facility is one of our best to work with. Thanks

PODS service was great! I had to use them for foundation repair and needed somewhere to store furniture temporarily. They made it super easy to use from delivery of POD to pick up of the POD. They were great and even provided movers if we needed help packing up furniture/other household items. Would definitely use them again!

Initial price quote from rep on the phone was not honored.Hard to get customer service and there were significant language barriers. Customer service rep stated that I would be compensated $50 for my loss and inconvenience but it was not honored. The other complaint I had was referred up to higher level customer service and I was not offered opportunity to fully explain my situation except for email and my issue/complaint was quickly dismissed and labeled as resolved. I will not be using PODS again.

Initial delivery of the unit, pickup of the unit, re-delivery of the unit, and final pickup of the unit were all on time as scheduled. Items arrived from NC to TX in good condition. Items shifted during travel, which caused the door on my unit to get jammed shut. Donnie and Ricco at the Dallas, TX warehouse were excellent and very accommodating in helping me get into my unit! They were able to help me next business day once I went down to the warehouse and met with them. The central calling line was useless in assisting with this issue and did not even pass on the info to the warehouse about me needing assistance. Would be 5 star if the door hadn't gotten stuck on the unit and the central calling line didn't give me false info when they claimed they had set up someone to come assist with my unit.

The ability to contact a PODS representative by phone was impossible. And after a callback, the rep was not court eous or helpful. I will choose another container service if and when I need to do this again. Apparently, you have too much business and not enough customer support. Frustrating!!

Cannot reach anyone to have my stuff delivered - it says that I can do everything on-line, when I try to schedule delivery on-line it kicks me back to the phone number where the wait is hours. Then no one calls me back. Don't know how my things are because can't even get to them and need to move into my house.

Very poor customer service. I schedule a pod for moving in the Dallas area and faced a very poor communicating customer service people. They gave me the run around , they told me one time and they never kept their end of the deal. I would call and was kept waiting for more than an hour. The times I was able to talk to their people I was told different. They at times were rude and I asked to speak to their supervisor but as well he never answered. By the way His name is David. Made my moving experience the worst. Please if you consider using them think twice. I wouldn’t never recommend them and will never use them again.

Stuff damaged. Crushed. Water damage, even. PODS as a company offers no help when you need it. Could no get into my POD when it arrived, due to the door being so badly damaged. It took them 5 days to even contact me back ( I called repeatedly). By then I had gotten it open. My stuff had been so jostled during transit that my carefully wrapped tvs had been shattered, my roll-top desk had been crushed! It was not a flimsy desk, either. Someone had to really try to bang that thing up. Later on, the cherry on top if the cake, I discover that the pod was letting water in when it rained, destroying several of my deceased Father’s books and papers. 10,000 dollars and 4 years later, because of PODS, I have little left of my belongings that I originally left with them when I moved cross country. Do yourself a favor. Move your own belongings. So they stay safe. Because PODS doesn’t care.

I originally scheduled a move with PODs from Dallas and ultimately chose another competitor (UPACK). UPACK took far less time on the phone to book, offered a guaranteed delivery date, and had sufficiently large trailer. It took 27 minutes of chatting online with PODs to cancel my move and have yet to receive the promised email confirming cancellation.EDIT: I am still waiting (days later) on confirmation that my order was cancelled as it was supposed to come via email.

PODS has to be by far the WORST moving and storage brand known to man. From the very beginning I have had issues. First I was told that my storage would be picked up and shipped out on a certain day. I made it clear when I needed the PODS picked up so I would have enough time to fill it. The driver arrived hours early and told me they would have to send another driver. Of course they don’t have availability for another 3days. Then when I’m already in another state I call back, to check on my storage and they tell me it is still back in ny home state and they won’t be able to get it to me for two weeks. So it’s consistent that one person will tell you one thing while another person tells you something different ?. Next I do not believe they have real supervisors or management. The representative will put you on hold for about 10 mins, come back to tell you the supervisor is busy and will call you back, then put you on another hold before just hanging up. This happened to my mother and I twice when attempting to get answers or compensation for my inconveniences. Lastly they have OVERCHARGED my most recent transactions. The representative and “supervisor” were not able to give me answers and I was told that it will take 3 days for the Accounting department to respond, so I don’t believe it will be easy to get by money back. This was meant to be my cost affect simple solution to moving across the country instead they have cost me over $1,000 because of their lack of proper policy, communication, and customer service. If nothing else comes from this review I hope that you read it entirely and do NOT EVER choose PODS for your moving needs. Thank you?

I used PODS for my move and it was a great experience. Super easy to book and very convenient. Everything was in perfect condition when we received the unit back a few months later.

I am STILL waiting for my refund for the damaged POD they brought to our house - right before a heavy rain revealed the crack in the ceiling where apparently the driver clipped an oak tree on the way to our house. Thankfully, we had not moved anything into it yet. But I had to reschedule the movers at a higher rate because they had to work on Labor Day, the day before our demolition for remodeling. PODS never refunded any money, they charged for “Same Day Rush Delivery” and THAT never happened and they charged me to remove the damaged one! They came the next day to retrieve the broken POD and delivered the replacement. After 7 different phone conversations with several different people I STILL have no refund! But they charged me for rent and for the replacement. I sent pages of documentation and photographs to the “Settlememts” division. Again, NO RESPONSE! I tried working through our credit card company’s dispute process, but to no avail. This company has NO integrity and they do NOT care about their customers!!?

Moved from Dallas (Carrollton/Addison) to Denver (Aurora POD storage).Brian and Cynthia (or was it Kathryn?) at PODS storage in Aurora CO were awesome and deserve 10 stars. Forgot which receptionist name cause I was so busy after that with unpacking and getting everything taken care of at my new apartment. Both were so friendly and helpful, also the forklift driver who helped trying to get my POD open (everything tumbled into the door on the trip up to CO and it wouldn't budge-bad packing job on my movers part and not PODS fault). Brian must have spent 30-45 minutes trying every possible method to get it open. Once he could finally slide under the door he found the problem and was able to hand items out 1 by 1 until the door could open. Brian went over and above!! Receptionist was also so friendly/helpful!It was expensive but I needed the convenience to store my stuff for 2 months while in between apartments until I found a place to rent. Worked out great for that and eliminated the stress and hassle of driving a uhaul from Dallas to Denver by myself then having to get movers to put it into storage too, etc.Pricy, but way easier and headache-free for an interstate move (as long as you pack it securely, and have a safe place to park it - in my case I didn't need to deal with any street parking, and my apt in Dallas let me put the POD in guest parking). With storage included didn't have to hassle with anything until I was good and ready to go get my stuff.Pickup and deliveries were on time for me. But one movers I called in Dallas mentioned they were having problems lately with PODS being on time, so to make sure to schedule packing help on a day after your PODS delivery, not on the same day, to be on the safe side. Like I said, though, my drivers were on time and I had no issues with that. The delivery driver in Dallas that brought the empty POD initially was really friendly and chatted with me about my move.Customer service was okay when I had to call, didn't wait too long before someone picked up anyway. The connection seemed bad every time so was hard to understand the rep.Just avoid my mistake- get some decent quality movers or packing labor help to pack it correctly and secure everything properly so nothing topples or slides around in there during the move. And pack your items inside your boxes well and should be fine. I used enough bubble wrap and foam to fill a pool because I have a lot of expensive handmade pottery and glass, so most of my stuff actually made it in one piece despite everything, but the movers did an awful job packing the POD and didn't secure boxes and my bike etc down well, so a few things did break, but I blame the movers I hired, was tryna save some money.
