Nick Torres did thorough job of unloading the POD. Before he left he made sure the door opened because of shifting that can occur during transit. In my previous experience with POD I had a door that was stuck after a long distance move. I was thankful that he went above and beyond in helping me make sure I had access to my items. Fantastic customer service.

I would like to express my disappointment with the quality of service I received from PODS during my recent container rental. Unfortunately, I experienced several serious issues:
1. The container was leaking, and some of my belongings were damaged by water.
2. There were ants inside the container, which made the loading process extremely unpleasant.
3. I was charged for a lock, but never received one.
I expected reliable and safe service for transporting my household items, but instead I faced significant inconvenience and material damage.

This place has been great for us - we can book to see our Pod within a reasonable time frame, and the area is safe/clean. Thank you Ricco Stough for taking good care of our things and making us feel safe and attended to during our visit(s).

Nick did an awesome job delivering our POD! We have a gated driveway and he maneuvered the POD in beautifully!

Had an excellent experience with PODS. From pick up to drop off. Nick Torres went above and beyond so my POD could be delivered with no problems. He was very helpful and very professional. Great service!

Well who knew that having to get into the Pod after we packed it would be so easy. Amazing crew at Carrollton, TX storage facility. Especially Ricco Stough - he was so welcoming, communicative and helpful. He made sure we had easy access. What a great guy!!! He directed us to the bathrooms, offered cold water & snacks and the air conditioned office as needed. Pods has got the program dialed and a great team to help you. So glad we chose Pods for our storage/move.

Rico was very helpful and kind! Very quick with everything once we arrived to PODS location. Unfortunately cannot have it delivered to my home in Dallas for some reason… but that’s a Dallas county problem not PODS. Glad Rico was there to help!
