“This pharmacy is really great. They actually take time to help and make sure to keep you informed about your prescriptions. Switched from cvs and have been happy about it since day one. Also, they do have a drive-through, which I did not notice for a while.”
“It is a small business and these Pharmacy's take care of there customer's better than the big chain Pharmacy's and a whole lot cheaper, This Pharmacy went out of their way and ordered the 112.5 billion live culture probiotics that I have to take daily and they delivered it to my home for a really good price. This Pharmacy is my go to place since we moved to Carrollton a little over a month ago. Check out the Pharmacy for good prices and really wonderful staff.”
“Great pharmacy! Proactive in keeping my meds filled and on the way to me. I live about three hours away, so everything is shipped to me and my sensitive meds are well packed with cold packs to make the trip! Prices are comparable to local pharmacies, but much less trouble finding everything in stock with CRP! Thank you!!!”

“This is a really friendly pharmacy.
Asthma inhalation steroids (pets) available at large pharmacies (Walmart)
I bought it with a prescription.
It didn't work on the inhaler, so I took it to the pharmacy, but after trying it several times, they told me to call the pharmaceutical company and asked for an exchange.
It was reckless.
I asked the Carrollton pharmacy and of course they said something else.
He said it was normal to exchange it.
The pharmacist said to call the pharmaceutical company.
As you say, keep trying
He fixed it.

“The clerks here are always friendly the few times I have stopped in. The shelves are always neat but I don't see as many managers present on the sales floor as I do at Kroger. I go to Albertson's for pretty specific product because I do most of my grocery shopping at Sprouts. The house brand turkey bacon, Signature Select, tastes better than Butterball turkey bacon in my humble opinion. Much better. I also like Albertson's because they sell Tillamook shredded cheese and Texas Tea and I don't find those items at Kroger or Sprouts and I want them. Thank you Albertson's. If you do the buy 1 get 1 Free I highly recommend that you have those scanned as a separate transaction to make sure that you really get your sale price. I have had my "sale" price ring higher twice on their meat sales. Other than that tricky business I like that they have specific items near and dear to my taste buds.”
“Cam was our personal shopper. He showed up car side before I could even get off the phone properly to let them know that I had arrived. Talk about excellent customer service!!! He was friendly and genuine and told me he was happy to help. After promptly loading the trunk and waving goodbye, I quickly got his attention, cash in hand, ready to show him some deserved appreciation in the form of a small tip. He told me that he was thankful but policy would not allow him to accept it. INTEGRITY=CAM!!! I was a little bummed about it but in that act he reassured me that there were still people out there willing to do the right thing even when nobody is looking. Give him a raise, promotion, or an acceptable act of appreciation Wal-mart for having such a kind, caring and outstanding employee. Thanks again CAM!!🙌”

“One of the best pharmacy experiences I've ever had
I went mid day, on a weekday, and I was picking up a new prescription. My doctor called it in yesterday and it was ready this morning, which surprised me since my RX often gets held up by insurance before it can even be filled.
The process was so smooth. They confirmed my address, added my insurance, helped me set up text alerts, and found me a really good coupon (almost 50% off), since my insurance has a high deductible.
Due to the nature of my RX (and probably also my appearance) I feel that I've been assumed to be faking my condition or misusing my medication, but I've never been treated so much like a person at a pharmacy as I was at Walmart today.”

“I made an appointment to get a COVID test today, and it was seamless. I showed up at the drive-thru a few minutes before my appointment time, and when I pulled up to the window the pharmacist said, "You're here for a COVID test, right?" He had all my paperwork and the test kit right there. He asked me if I was familiar with the test procedures, which I was, and he told me he would be right there if I had any questions or needed any assistance. He made the process so smooth and easy, and I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. I've been a Walgreens guy for years, but I'm switching my allegiance to CVS. From passport photos to vaccines and now COVID tests, CVS seems to just have their act together.”

“Lots of customer service and customer complaints for this location. However, if u r just going in and out to get a few items on a weekday like we did, then u shouldn't have any problems. The lot is big like most Walmarts and parking was not a problem. At around 9:45-10:00 AM on a Fri they were deserted and we had no problem with self check out. If u need customer service or to shop during peak hours maybe try another location with 2-2.5 stars.”

“This location is closed to the public. If you are an employee and are not wearing your official Walmart badge, they will not let you in. It is the Walmart Mail Order Pharmacy, as well as some Walmart corporate offices and training. It is located at the Southwest Corner of Old Denton Rd and West Trinity Mills Drive in Carrollton, TX next to a Credit Union. The building used to be a Walmart Store, but then they built a new building across the street on the Northeast Corner which is the new Walmart Supercenter.”
