We just brought out backyard furniture from Mike - the entire experience was wonderful right from buy to delivery to installation; secondly the quality of furniture is also amazing especially the fabric and the best part was everything was 100% customizable

Was in a pickle, and needed furniture for some family visiting. I stumbled on this store by complete luck. Ended up spending several hours in conversation with Mike, who happens to be a prodigy of patio furniture. I don’t think I have ever met someone who invested so much effort to explain the nuances of patio furniture design and manufacturing. He painstakingly worked with my wife and I on laying out our configuration, has a great eye for design and offered to not only loan us furniture for our event that was only days away but even his trailer so we could save some on delivery. We walked in praying for anything to just fill the space and came out with an education and a friend. The quality is such that everyone asks where we purchased and the comfort, nobody wants to leave. Stoked for our purchase and sure you will be too.

Scam alert, I’m not even kidding! Don’t purchase. I won’t bore you with the details, but they don’t deliver as promised. Look them up on better business bureau. I ordered 6/13/23 it’s 11/6 and my order is still not delivered as promised. The stuff I have received is not the quality in the showroom.

Very satisfied with the furniture we purchased- excellent quality and love our cushions! Just remember you order the furniture and then it is made for you. Also the cushions are custom so there may a wait time. For us it was worth it and we’re happy with the results.

They have an amazing selection and friendly sales people. However, we placed an order for new cushions in February. Didn't get them until mid June. We inquired numerous times and at first it was that we chose a fabric that wasn't in stock. We inquired again and they said the same for the new color we chose. They did give us a catalog with in stock colors. Not sure why they didn't do this initially. We received the cushions 2 weeks later.

We purchased the Jo Lee patio furniture-swivel chairs, coffee table and couch. The furniture is very high quality and you can customize your Sunbrella cushions to your choice of colors or patterns. The furniture may be made to order so you will have a wait time until delivered. For us it was worth the wait and our outdoor living space looks great!

We found this place after x-referencing a # of sites as we were looking for furniture. It on average came up w the highest reviews. We were not disappointed!They have a gent whom I refer to as the Furniture Whisperer who literally has an encyclopaedic knowledge of all things furniture. From fabrics to inventory to styles to brands, this guy is the Wikipedia of furniture.He has a teammate who is great at follow-up and delivery coordination. She literally hand delivered our items! When we asked why she was also part of the delivery team, she indicated "because they needed a hand".Teamwork, courteousness and professionalism.Enough said!

The quality of the furniture is exceptional. We love our wicker love seat, swivel club chairs and accent tables. You are at the mercy of the continuing supply chain delays that are clearly out of anyone's control but the furniture is worth the wait.

Drove a long way for nothing. The selection was a mess. The website advertised a sale but no prices on anything. They just randomly said prices.
