Jonny was amazing! My battery was bad and dead, and not only was he able to determine this issue very quickly, but he went above and beyond trying to replace my battery for me as well. My car is older and the battery was stuck, yet he tried his absolute best and I greatly appreciated that. He even recommended a place for me to take it to get it replaced, so I knew what to do and where to go after my visit. Going to start coming here for all of my car needs and I recommend this location to everyone! I was at an Autozone right before here, and they didn’t even want to perform any tests on my vehicle. The customer service at this O’Reilly was very refreshing and helpful, especially as a woman who doesn’t know much about cars. Thank you guys for all of your hard work! God bless.

Cody froze hiss butt of helping me to replace my headlight and I didn't even have to ask him to do it. I thought I had to buy the light and had to figure it out on my own. It's a great place to be treated like a human.

I visited this location because I was concerned about a battery on my vehicle. I was recommended by a Nissan Technician who told me I'd should probably replace it.So, I had autozone check it, and they told me I needed to charge it, so they charged it for me. Then, they said that I should be good to go, but there might be something causing the battery to lose its charge.So, I drove around for a while before deciding to visit O'Reilly. I walked in and was promptly greeted by store personnel named "Trinity". I asked to have my battery checked, and she dropped what she was doing to assist me.We walked to my car, and after diagnosis, it was concluded that my battery was fully charged ( Good). I explained my situation and other steps I took before deciding to come to the store. She stated that I was fine. I asked about what prevents corrosion from occurring on the battery. She recommended something that was cost efficient and gave me a few paper towels so I wouldn't have to spend money on rags. Now that's customer service ?Thank you, O'Reilly, for making it convenient and easy to service my vehicle

Experienced and some questions.. battery issues replaced with no more warranty is normal sales?(Paid 199+tax) bought within 5 months, we found fault battery..
