Returns CSR are not helpful. I have a big return to be processed by OfficeSupply , despite after a few calls in last couple of weeks, they were able to process partial refund and beyond that Returns CSR not willing to investigate and just trying to end the call. 1/3rd of the refund still pending and they do not willing to investigate proof receiving damaged shipment at the warehouse (so that I can file claim with shipper) or return counting was not performed accurately.I have no choice left other than Google review to point out problems at the return department, if they can fix it or not.
