Wow. I'm glad I called first. I wanted to know if they sold certain charms before I made the trip. I first asked if they were open to the public. They was an apparent language barrier and I'm not sure what the woman who answered the phone thought I asked but replied if you want public, I'll show you public. Thank you goodbye and then hung up on me. I will not be shopping here.

Lack of product knowledge from the owners is difficult to understand, and therefore, one may as well shop blindly from the internet. Know wonder stores are closing.

They have a lot of good stuff but the greediness of the workers is what makes me not shop here again.Also, where i draw the line is when i had a client and i used black “opc” brand acrylic. In the pictures i’ve provided, You can see that the acrylic was defective. There was nothing wrong with my monomer, brush, and or temperature of the room and yet the acrylic never dried/hardened. This was a client of mine and this was a horrible look for my business. I will NOT be purchasing acrylic or anything for that matter from this store.

OPC is a great nail supply store. Absolutely wonderful store! They have EVERYTHING you need and much much more!!!! & the customer service was out of this world! The owner is just too sweet! Will definitely be back very soon!!
