Had a vibration on my truck, took it over to NTB in Carrollton, and they got me fixed up in no time. The service manager (Katelyn) was very polite and told me there was a small wait when checking me in. They got me in within 10 minutes of being there. Sydney (store manager), and two techs (Jose & Fred) patiently explained what the issue could be, and took the time to show me while I was there. Overall everyone was very polite, professional, patient, and helpful in anyway they could be. Thanks again for getting me taken care of!

This location upsells WAY more than any local NTB I’ve been to. I came in just to have a nail removed from my tire. Fernanzo (I think that’s how he spelled it) tried to charge an additional $733 to have brakes and shocks repaired. I had my car inspected at the dealership literally a couple weeks ago and they said all were fine…I had also called to see if they had availability for me to come in for the tire patching and they said “come on by any time!”. I sat and waited for 45min before they even took my car back, and then an additional hour for the patch and attempted upsell.Don’t come here if you want quality service, and honestly if you’re a woman. It’s extremely predatory and frustrating.

Was a great place, benn going there for six years, new staff sucks, took car in for a simple diagnosis, manager always seems to be missing, three days later, never got back to me, I had to call them and ask the status of my car, me and my wife called 5 times between the two of us they never reached out to me, then spent another 45 minutes while the guy tried to work the computer, stay away, as I'm Gunna do from now on,

Made an appointment so I wouldn’t have to wait. Waited an hour and a half - they hadn’t even moved my car. Took my keys and left. Why bother accepting appointments if they mean nothing???

Location is knowledgeable and does there best to speed their survive without hurrying. IE they are fast but not to the point they make mistakes. This is my go to location to service my vehicles
