This is the only place I will ever bring my dogs. Best staff, kindest people, reasonable prices. I highly recommend bringing your animals here!

Zero stars is not low enough for the experience I had. I brought my young kitten in because she was lethargic, diarrhea, eyes leaking, just not in great health. I had adopted her three days before and her condition got worse. As I was waiting for the vet to get into the exam room, I heard two women yelling and swearing at each other. Turns out, a vet yelled at another vet tech during a surgery and she walked out in the middle of it. She literally left a cat on the table because another woman was screaming at her. Incredibly unprofessional and I feel awful for the owner and cat who had that experience. I was up next, and I heard the vet who was yelling at the one girl outside my room. When another worker was trying to explain my cat's symptoms I heard the vet say "I'm not hear to tell people how to live their lives but what the f**k am I supposed to do about this?" Maybe ...... your job??? You are a vet???? I almost walked out right there but I stayed for my poor kitten. She came in and hardly examined her and prescribed one antibiotic, after quoting me for more, because they didn't have all of them. On top of that, they didn't tell me and covered the area on the label that said I had to refrigerate the medication after opening it, so now I have to go back to get more. It was also gross and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The only positive was the two cats laying on the front desk, at least they were nice. For a place with a name like "Noah's Ark," there was not many Christian values to be practiced at this place. Save yourself the time and money and do not take your animal here

Polite, professional, and easy to work with. I've gotten several of my foster dogs fixed here. All have gone on to live great lives. Thank you!

It was about 10 years ago that I took my dog here to get fixed. For some reason they told me to take her into the back room and put her in I guess one of the kids I walked in the back and was shocked at how dirty and gross it was I immediately I said sorry I can’t do this to you girl. I now blame the fact that she has cancer on this place because I would not get her fixed because it was disgusting! I don’t know how it is now the back then it was disgusting. Now I don’t enjoy my Sophia for the normal 4 years I should have her. I 100% blame this place as everything else I had been doing was for her health. No kibble. On CBD oil the whole 9 yards.

This vet has the lowest prices in the area! My 9.5 yr old cat had to have surgery on a shattered kneecap and all other vets quoted me $1500 and up! I have Pet Assure and with my 25% discount it went from $1165 to $865. The surgeon Dr. Roberts is great explaining post op care. They are really concerned about your animals health and recovery. I must have texted them a dozen times one day with questions and they were very patient with me and responded to all of my texts.Dr. Kapp, the resident vet, is awesome! I brought my 9.5 yr old kitty to her because she stopped eating for 5 days. Rather than doing alot of possibly unnecessary tests, she gave kitty fluids and 3 shots. 36 hours later she was eating! She continues to improve each day.UPDATED SEPTEMBER 2021..They also refuse to euthanize a healthy animal that can be healed. I admire them for that!Take your furry friends to Noahs Ark for lots of love and compassion! They also board cats and dogs.

Not quite what I had hoped for. Dr. Kapp failed to notice a huge bald spot on my cat's abdomen during an exam and only noticed a smaller portion on her side. This lead her to diagnose it as overgrooming and tell me to get cat calming products. After a month I scheduled a follow up and sent a picture of the unchanged hair loss on the underside of the cat. Suddenly it was too big of an issue for them to deal with at the clinic and they wanted to refer me to a dermatologist. We did not have a follow up appointment. The clinic turned out to lack a couple of basic items such as measuring calipers (to gauge the size of a lump). I had actually purchased a set for $25 and planned to give it to the clinic, but ended up going elsewhere for pet care instead.Whatever your position on masks for COVID, you won't find staff or other patients wearing them here. Maybe that's your own preference, so just worth knowing.Lastly, I do think the clinic seems to do a lot of good work for rescues and tries to keep their fees low so more animals have access to care. That is highly commendable, and I'm sorry they could not help my animal's health issues.

Quick and efficient. They've taken and referred great care to our cats and saved them from near emergent situations. They also gave us heat nutritional care moving forward. Highly recommend.

We've been going here for many years. They give straightforward details surrounding each of our pets situations, stand with you in their passing, always answer questions, and have taken care of our fur babies every time. Affordable pricing to us is the icing on the cake! Thank you for all you do. Kevin and Marcie Thompson
