I have been a customer of Shane Leonard’s for over 30 years. I have always preferred to have an insurance agent that I can talk to personally, versus one with a big call-center. Shane and his team offer top-notch, personalized service to their customers, which I must say is a lost art in todays world. I moved to Texas from Chicago and needed auto & renters insurance. I got in contact with Mike Leonard Insurance Agency and Maggie Pena was very nice, kind and patient with me. She explained the different coverages and rates that each quote offered. When my auto policy came up for renewal she was able to find me a better rate and save me money on both policies.

DO NOT TRUST MIKE LEONARD INSURANCE AGENCY. They do shady business in the most unprofessional, unethical manner I have ever seen. He is systematically attempting to harvest other agent's business by representing him self as "my agent" when I have never spoken to him or his office. A SNAKE. Lowlife way to try and get business.

The ins agent for Mike Leonard was good (maggie) but the actual agency company covering the policy (Texas fair plan) sucked had to fight for every dollar and took 5 months to get this roof done. I'm looking for a new ins company now.

We have been clients of Mike Leonard Insurance Agency for five years now, and we have been working with McKenzie Motley all that time. McKenzie has helped us purchase car insurance, renter's insurance and now home insurance, and she always does such a great job for us. She gathers all the quotes and works hard to ensure that all the policies have what we want and need and are all equivalent. It's great for me as all I have to do is talk to McKenzie and then she does all the hard work. I don't have to call each company and explain the same thing over and over again. Also, I have checked them against other independent agents, and McKenzie always gets me the best coverage for the best price, too. I feel so blessed to have them on our side helping us insure the important things in our life.
