My business was in this shopping center for 32 years. We had to make the decision to move because of safety and the lack of care and upkeep. For 28 years the owners and management were wonderful but ownership changed and the quality just isn’t the same now.Ex. We waited for over a year for AC to be repaired. Floor leaks damaged our dance floor deck and there was no effort to even come to look at it. Regarding safety, something is wrong when multiple police cars have to come to a shopping center more than once a month.And, during the few months we had to stay past our lease we were told “Get out, pay double rent or sign a new lease.”It’s so sad because they lost a very faithful long term tenant.
