Metroplex installed new windows and used trim for interior installation on exterior and it deteriorated and warped the first year . I sent pictures of the project and left several messages for Barry Cole to discuss and never heard back from him. I would recommend them for glass only and not for new installations due to poor quality of installation.

The quality and timeliness of the work were 5*. No complaints. Their customer service is the worst experience I have had with a service company. I needed a warranty window replacement. It took me 3 calls and a threat to the answering service to actually talk to someone who could respond and schedule my appointment. I paid the full price but began receiving texts and emails telling me I owed them. I called at least 2 more times (the answering service ALWAYS answers) and responded to the texts and emails requesting a call back. No one has reached out to me. A service oriented business like this should NOT use a full time answering service imo.

"I gave Metroplex Windows and Glass a 5 star because from beginning to end it was an easy a seamless process. I had 2 fogged windows that needed the glass replaced. They came out and measured, then ordered. They came in and were scheduled to install while out of town but was able to reschedule for the next week. Came as scheduled and installed and very happy with the whole process. And the installer informed me that there is a 10 yr warranty on the glass. Nice surprise."

The glass in our patio door was busted (don't know how). I called Metroplex and left a message. They came next day and gave me a reasonable estimate. I did have to call them for the status. Anyway, the installer did a great job installing the glass after removing the old broken glass.Service: Glass installation

Metroplex Windows & Glass delivered an outstanding experience. I received six quotes, but none provided the dimensions of my windows. Some didn't even offer a written estimate. One vendor required two hours of my time from 6 pm to 8 pm. Metroplex, on the other hand, introduced themselves and asked for permission to access the outdoor area. They completed their assessment in just 20 minutes without needing my presence.They provided two estimates: one for glass replacement and another for windows, including the window count and dimensions. The other vendors failed to include dimensions, with one even suggesting that sharing such information would enable me to shop around. Metroplex Windows & Glass's confidence and transparency about their work and pricing impressed me. I chose them and was thoroughly satisfied with the results. I originally call Metroplex for just some glass replacement. I eventually decided to replace all 26 windows in my 36 year old home. Barry came out several times as I transitioned from glass, to partial window replacement to total window replacement. Barry was great, never upsold and patiently showed the differences in each of the products. The pricing was very reasonable and the workmanship was excellent. Sometimes, when you are searching online, you don’t know which company to select, however, I am a verified customer and I can confirm that Bruce and team exceptional! We used metroplex window and glass to replace about 24 windows in our house. Bruce and team were outstanding! I cannot say enough great words in regard to the customer service.
