This is the worst facility please do not rent from any of their facilities the roof leaked in my storage unit and ruined all of my things.

Whoever y’all have working the front desk needs to let her go immediately. Had a U-Haul prescheduled for pick up and the lady had the worst attitude. Even asked her why she had such an attitude and she said “I don’t know.” Kept saying that I have to pay for 2 days even though my reservation only said 24 hours. Also paid opted in for the insurance when I pre booked and she said that I did not get the insurance and that I would have to pay an additional $50 for it when online it’s only $15. So we left and just somewhere else.

Worst. Place. Ever! I beg you do not rent here. They are rude, unprofessional, and just downright disrespectful and they don’t make you think so at first. I am so relieved to leave this place. I was told that I did not have to pay rent, so I’m hoping they don’t come for me after this post but I had to warn. I will be calling corporate. I am beyond humiliated and angry but more so happy that I was able to manage getting out of their in one piece with what I could. She lives on property and she literally had little to zero compassion or the listening skills to manage the property. Please don’t go. Don’t do it to yourself. This is how I left the property. I hope this helps somebody, so they don’t experience what I had to go through. It was the longest 30 days. I hope you treat others better than you did me. Because I didn’t deserve any of that. Good riddance! God bless you!

We had reservation to pick up u-haul truck at this place and once we arrived, the staff lady was rude and unhelpful. Upon showing proof of reservation all she said was "No trucks find elsewhere" without trying to help.

Literally i was parked 5 min since there was no parking at OREILLYS and the lady so rude and disrespectful saying she was gonna report me to the us department of transportation. Lady 5 min your taking it to far. Get a life
