VERY!! rude service my wife received from the metro pcs store at Trinity Mills and Marsh. Wife ended up buy a phone she didn't like due to the fact the sales lady at that location would not spend sufficient time with her explaining things about the phones.

Poor customer service, too much trouble go with the big providers or only Metro PCS Corporate stores. I was sold a broken phone and got stuck with it. There are only a few corporate stores in the metroplex.
