I went to the Metro PCS located within the Shopping Center, trying to get information about things on my phone, but the employee didn't know anything concerning a phone, so I left disappointed. I plan on going to the Metro PCS located on Buckner & John West. They always know how to treat their customers and are always knowledgeable in phones and other devices.

i would like to share my experience from my visit last week that they have all the latest phones and cases specially the purple one i bought besides i want to thanks the girl from the store working so hard that she retrieve my Gmail password i am so happy with the service.

I bought a new phone so I brought it to this location to setup service from my old phone to my new one.
Everything went well until I got my bill today, they added $9 phone insurance that I DID NOT ASK FOR.
Dishonest location, don't trust them unless you like being scammed!
