Surprised I haven't written a review of Lovely Nails before. To begin, there is a key piece of needed information- I have mobility challenges, making cutting my toenails impossible. I tried a couple of places before trying it here. At first, I had my nails quickly cut, paid a small fee, and left. Then I agreed to a pedicure, and I'm glad I did. It's hard for me to scrub my lower legs and feet. Two problems solved! They're helpful, understanding, and provide a good service. The chairs have massage functions and offer a bottle of water if I want one.
Thank you for your service and friendly nature. Glad I found you and will continue to return!

The equipment was dirty, they were not friendly and my gel nails already are coming off after 3 days.

I wasn’t a fan. Two main issues that didn’t sit right with me, first is that I did not get the design I wanted on my nails. I showed the tech my reference photo to get something similar before starting on my nails. She gave me attitude when I questioned about needing a nude color for the nail where the design would be, saying “? so you want to change colors?” which obvi I need a different color to get the design I wanted and once I picked the color I needed she went on. When we got to the design part she did a flower that was fairly big and when I asked if the strawberries (the design of what I wanted will be pictured next to what I got) would fit, she said she couldn’t do it because the nails would be way too short. I get that I might’ve gotten the nails too short but her as the tech saw my inspo picture, said she could do said design, and then chose to do only one part of the design?? I told her that if I had known she wasn’t gonna be able to do it BEFORE the end then I could’ve chosen a different service (like nails tips.) She didn’t apologize or say anything, she kinda just had this expression ->? She then added another flower but my nails are not what I wanted. Second issue is they have no prices listed. Who knows what all you get charged for since there’s not a “menu” of prices/services. The rest of the techs were very nice, but I just wish I could’ve gotten what I wanted/went to pay for.

Nail tech was so rough on my nails. I hated the experience and will never be back again.

I went for a pedicure and everyone was very nice. Chris did perfect and was very friendly and took his time. I was not rushed and I will certainly be back.

Elena is my favorite Nail Artist at this nice salon, but I have had almost everyone there work on my nails before, and they always do an excellent, very professional job! I have been going there now for several years, and I am a happy customer! I am also satisfied with their reasonable prices. And I brought my elderly Mom there to get a pedicure and they did a really good job. She was nervous, but they were so gentle and put her mind at ease.

Plz do not go thereU have a appointment they still make u wait 30 mins while they take walk ins without a issueThis used to be the only place I used to go till management changed I guess I have tried to give them chances but yesterday my my last strawMy finger still hurt with the machine they use cut my skin no apology nothin kept going nd it’s throbbing pain even nowThe nail shapes they struggle with Dnt knw wat shape is right when we ask thick application of dip believe me I have been doing dip for 12 yrs I knw the differenceVery rough nd the man has no customer service knowledge he need to kamran to treat everyone equally not pick and chooseBe ware before going

The customer service was horrendous! I was not greeted, the nail tech were rude! I’m big on customer service so I decided to just leave rather than proceed with the service. I attempted to speak with a tech outside to express my concerns given that the establishment is small. However she refused and when I called to speak with the manager the tech indicated that she was not available. It’s in a good area but the establishment looks old and worn down. I highly recommend saving your time and going somewhere else!

This place accepts walk ins. This is the only place I go to get a waxing or nails. They know what they are doing, good service.

Worst experience never going back. If you are getting a gel nail, DO NOT GO HERE. She literally put 2 coats and its all bumpy and ugly. Cut the excessive nail polish with a cuticle cutter?! Um… it will pretty much last about a day and def will start to come off. And i can see all the small dust mixed into the nails. Ugly not professional, that is all i can say.
