I use LockBox Storage to rent a 10x10 unit. The facility is always clean, well-lit and secure. The manager is professional and made the move in process extremely easy.

This is the worst place to keep any of your values. We left our things only to come back and check on them to realize they were completely covered/damaged with dust from the construction nearby. I called and complained and all I got in return was an Im sorry we've had others complained as well but there's nothing we can do about it. How about a heads up if other people had already previously complained about it before me? I said I wanted to go ahead and cancel my account and asked for a refund of the current month which I had just payed that same day. They said I would have a couple of days to move my things out then I could cancel my account and my money would be returned to me. When I did show up to remove my things I couldn't even get in. They had cancelled my account already and therefor my access as well even though when I spoke to them they had told me something different. When I did ask about it they said my money had been returned to me which I never even got back. My things were a complete loss, useless because of all the dust and stains left on them. NEVER EVER choose this place as your storage. If i could give zero stars I would.
