I've purchased several times from Leatherology. No matter the product, the packing is always superb, and the quality of the product is outstanding. The portfolios, luggage tags, and travel toiletry bags make great gifts. Embossing the leather adds a *chefs kiss* that sets it above the rest. Love these products!

Terrible Customer Service and Changed quantity of item after ordered.I placed an order for 1 Weekend tote and 1 medium cosmetic bag and 1 small pouch, total on order was $450ish when placed. When I got the email confirmation there were 2 of each and the order was over $900. I called the first business day after the order was placed and they said the items were already personalized and they would not change those quantities and charge me. I am refusing the order and disputing the charge. They cannot have processed and personalized the order the morning after a holiday weekend.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEI wanted to change the address the order was being shipped to but customer service INSISTED they can’t change the address (make an edit to an order) instead they had to cancel the full order and place a new one. First of all what kinda of company that provides something as simple as leather goods can’t go into their system and make an edit (any edit!). Moving on, comes day of arrival, the person I got the gift for received their gift as I placed the new order to their home and then I ALSO received a package at my door. To my surprise Leatherology never even canceled my first order and charged me for it! When I called they said “we can’t do anything about it, sorry!” Simply will never be ordering from this company again and will make sure my friends and family stay away from shady businesses like this. If anyone needs a gift with the initials “PB” hit me up lol.

Leatherology is AMAZING! It is my favorite store and my go-to for luxury presents (both for myself and friends/family). I have three Leatherology purses in different colors and styles. They have held up really well and just keep looking better with age. My Leatherology purse is slim, but fits all of my cards, receipts, and cash. Our European relatives always ask for Leatherology stuff, because it is so classic looking and amazing quality. I love the new paint personalization. I am a lifelong Leatherology customer!

Placed order online 12/10/19. When I never received shipping info I called on 12/20/19 to inquire. Was told they sent me an email on 12/11/19 to let me know color ordered was not in stock and would I like another color?(never received email and checked junk mail, as well). Was told since they did not receive a response to the email regarding color they canceled the order on 12/17/19. ( no email received regarding canceled order, they also had my phone number, never received a call either). So now they tell me they will refund my money, as they should. That should have begun on 12/17/19 when they canceled the order! (0h, and by the way, checked for that color on line 12/20/19 and guess what...it says it’s in stock!Very poor customer service and bad experience.

I LOVE Leatherology. This is my fourth order from them and the product keeps getting better and better. Amazing packaging too! I gifted everyone in my family something from Leatherology last Christmas with their initials monogrammed. We recently got together last month and everyone was still carrying and using their gifts.

I ordered a wallet for my husband for Valentine's day this year. I had been going back and forth between coach and leatherology but ultimately went with the latter. The wallet came in a lovely box and was what I had expected. However, after 3 months of use a deep line appeared across the face of the wallet. My husband wears his wallet in his back pocket like many men, but has never had an issue like this with previous leather wallets. Because it is soft leather we figured it would work itself out. Another 3 months go by and it's still there and in addition, all of my husband's cards in the wallet have been bent to the point of being unable to use. I found this disappointing for supposed quality leather wallet and reached out to the company last week by phone. I was asked to send pictures and a description by the representative to their email which I did so that day. A week went by and I hadn't received a response so I called yet again. They had received the email and said it had not been responded to but offered no reason why, just that they'd respond asap. Later that day I received their response that the issues were due to normal wear and that they would refund the shipping and engraving fee. A total of $15. Not only does this not help me with an unusable wallet, but it felt like a brush off. Very disappointed with my experience.

I ordered a gift for my husband from Leatherology. The product is nice and I was able to have it monogrammed. However, it arrived late although I selected and paid for a faster shipping method. I called the company and they provided accommodations after further review.
