Staffing is horrible. The way that the kids are treated isn’t good I’ve seen teachers yell contentiously at children and yank children by the arm. Although they except CCMS it’s not a good place to send your child. Home office really needs to come in and observe for longer then a day because it’s bad.

I don't know if the company is aware of this or but there bus driver who drives bus is a horrible drive, I have witnessed her picking up from Rosemeade elementary and drives off before the kids are even sitting down, and then has cut people off and almost causing accidents when picking up at Davis elementary, im so glad she is not the driver of my kids.

This was my daughter's very first daycare ever. We moved here soon after she turned two. It was a hard transition for both her and I and the team here at La Petite was so helpful, caring, and loving through it. We have since moved and, unfortunately, had to switch daycare but my daughter still asks to go back. She loved it there! Thank you to the staff at La Petite Academy of Carrollton!

Today was my daughters first day of school and prior to her starting we mentioned that she was a heart patient, and so today we reminded them again of her situation. Fast forward they have it to where you can check in on an app for live video of what the kids are doing through out the day ( that was a plus on why I chose the school as well as they let your kids speech therapy doctors come sit with the child). Anyways we just happened to check in one point of the day to see what our daughter was doing, and this little girl pushed our daughter down 5x and the teacher in the class room did nothing. The little girl that was pushing our daughter down would help her up then push her down again in her chest and she kept doing it, so once we saw that we sped up the school to go get our daughter and we brought it to the staff attention and they just stood there like lost puppies and didn’t resolve the issue or anything. Everyone keeps saying that’s what kids do, but my child didn’t hit that little girl or nothing and it was a point when the little pushed her down and she almost busted her head on the floor. Now if my daughter would’ve slapped her then it would’ve been an issue and it would’ve been our faults. My daughter could’ve had something seriously wrong done to her and no one seems to care no one called to check on her from the school or anything and I don’t appreciate that. I don’t recommend this school!!!! The only good thing about the school is the live streaming of the class rooms.Update: My daughter had to get hospitalized and has been in there for a week because her oxygen was low.

My daughter has been at this daycare for two years now and I refuse to move because I don’t want to take her anywhere else. My son just started last week, he is only 5 months and every day I am shown how much love he gets as soon as he arrives. I LOVE it here. Teachers are great and would honestly recommend this place to anyone!! Thank you so much for loving my kids

They allowed two adults to physically fight in front of children. Refused a child water and told her to “call corporate” when asked why. Have repeatedly lied about whether or not there’s a chicken pox outbreak and refused to give out higher ups information saying to “google it”. They leave the supervision of 28 children to ONE adult while Emily dozes off. Absolutely do not entrust your child’s wellbeing to Emily. She isn’t capable of managing herself let alone taking care of any child. I cannot believe this daycare hasn’t been shut down yet.

I absolutely loveeeeee this daycare my new baby has been attending since she was 6 weeks old, she’s now almost 4 months old ! I love all the updates we get through the bright wheel app (and photos!) the facility is super clean and smells nice, they even put out infused water and sometimes snacks for the parents on pickup, they also have different cute little themed days every Friday!! The best part of the center are the teachers! Every teacher seems to be so kind, just saying small things when you pass, but the infant room teachers are all the best special shout-out to Ms. Joyce she loves my daughter so dearly. ❤️

We went to this place to do a tour the minute we got there Tiffany Shorter the assistant director asked us if the was something we needed with an annoyed tone. Obviously she was not expecting us. She literally just showed us the front entrance and one room. Then she basically insulted us and my daughter saying that because she is not potty trained yet she was not going to be able to stay in one room because she was getting to old and she was not able to be in another class because they were all potty trained so she was not allowed there. After that she did not even show us the back yard or anything else just 2 rooms!!. I would never choose a place like this for my child were they blame her for not being potty trained and us when we told her that we have been trying to teach her but her previous daycare have not been helping her so I told her that we are looking for a daycare that are willing to help her as well. She was not helpful and did not even want to try and help my child. It was the worst tour I have ever had at a daycare. I would not recommend that place I never felt welcomed or felt any kindness toward us and my daughter.

My son has been going for the last two years, and it has been a great experience. The teachers genuinely care about the kids (some of them have their own kids attending). He had been to 4 other schools in the area within a year before finding La Petite Academy. The students that go here all love each other and you can tell they enjoy being in their classes. This campus offers many oppurtunities for growth during the year including Soccer lessons sponsored by tiny tykes(which is an amazing program. My son actually just started his fourth round of lessons), spanish lessons, and dance plus occassional, Friday date night events where they stay openate for the parents.

Our daughter has been going there for almost a month and seems to do well! The infant teachers are very friendly and welcoming and we adore Jackie. Our only issue at times, is when we call sometimes they don't answer the phone or it rings awhile. However, when we do get through, everyone is very sweet and always knows what is going on with my child. I love that they spend the time with her to help her with her developmental milestones. Thank you La Petite for taking care of our jellybean! :)

My daughter went to La Petite in 2014, but unfortunately had to move to another city and were unable to continue her education there. The teachers and director, Yvette, were amazing. My daughter loved her teacher so much that on days her teacher was not there she would stand in front of the wall of teacher photos and point to her teacher and repeat "Miss Megan, Miss Megan" over and over. My daughter seemed to thrive there. She would come home singing songs, was learning her ABCs and on her last day she was sent home with a stack of homemade cards from her friends. When we went through them, she was able to tell me every kids name in her class at 20 months old. The communication was great too. I never worried about missing an event, not knowing if an illness was going around, or if something important happened that day. Yvette knew all the kids and the goings on. You would at see her once a day at drop off or pick up and she would give you a recap of your child's day. You can tell the staff truly loves the kids. I hope the staff gets to read this and know that we miss you! I can't seem to find another school that provides me and my daughter with the same feel we had at La Petite!

I have a child in the 2 year year old class and I have a child in the 3 year old class. Both classes have excellent teachers that communicate with me daily what was taught and any accomplishments by my child. I especially like that the 2 year old's teacher, Ms Elizabeth, has started potty training my 2 year old. Ms Katherine, my 3 year old's teacher, always has her class doing various projects and I especially like that my 3 year old has time to write in his journal everyday. The facility is clean. If I arrive a little late to pick up my children I notice that the staff is mopping, cleaning and organizing. The director and assistant director are extremely hands on and involved in the day to day affairs of each classroom and have often given me their own reports of how my children fared for the day. In addition to any verbal reports I also receive a written report also known as a daily sheet of what was discussed in class and what foods my children ate. Over all I have been very satisfied with this daycare and would highly recommend this daycare to anyone.
