Tip: You can book on their website and request specific people. I cannot recommend this salon enough. This is a wonderful place and one of my top Go-To places to cut/style your hair. It's so relaxing in here and everyone is really sweet. Alex was the person who helped me today and was just fantastic. He always asked as he progressed my haircut to make sure I was satisfied with the styling. Throughout the process, I could see how careful and precise he was. A nice little nice bonus is that they have lockers here to put your things in while you get taken care of.

I got Women's Haircut from Joann! She is an expert at her craft. I showed her the style I wanted from a picture and she gave me suggestions and my hair turned out just the way I wanted. I usually am skeptical of whether hair salons will get the style I want, but Joann was able to do it! Definitely coming back here! They offered amenities as needed such as coffee, water, or snacks. The vibe is definitely welcoming and comfortable

Our Hair is now my go-to hair salon! I've gotten multiple haircuts and colorings done by Rahell, and she does a phenomenal job every time. You can definitely trust her with your hair :-)

I recently experienced the revamped salon with its innovative techniques. The atmosphere was pristine, and the staff exuded friendliness. The tasty snacks were a delightful touch, and the consultation provided was genuinely helpful. A top notch salon experience overall! I especially appreciate how my hair looks younger than my age a fantastic outcome.

This is definitely going to be my go-to hair salon whenever I'm in Dallas. My friend recommended Our Hair, and it's a new salon as well! Ask for Alex. I gave him a reference photo, and he was able to replicate it really well. They offer you snacks, coffee, and tea. It's a really clean salon, and the staff is very friendly. Pricing for haircuts isn't bad at all, either. I highly recommend!

I called and made an appointment and they had immediate availability, which was cool. But now I know why... I walked in and simply asked him to shave my head because my 14-year-old daughter missed my hair up cutting it and they told me no and that they don't cut hair like that. I was an utter shock! What the hell does it matter if I'm paying them money to cut my hair the way I want it to be cut? I'm still baffled and for this, I give them one star and I do not recommend anyone going to these Simple minded folk

Called at 3:30, offered an appointment at 4. My hair has never looked better. Everyone is very nice and store is very clean. Got my hair cut by Alex and he did not miss.

Was there for an appointment and had Alex. I was worried since I showed him what I wanted (Koreon curtain bangs) he glanced at it relatively quickly. However, he did great and completed it quickly! Everyone was friendly and I only felt bad because we did not speak each other's language fluently so I hope I expressed my gratitude enough (I tipped and googled how to say I loved the hairstyle in his language, so I hope so!) First time going there, but definitely not the last, thank you guys! Thanks Alex!

My original hair salon closed down so I was searching through Yelp to find a new place and came across Our Hair. I requested a quote and they responded very quickly and were incredibly helpful in getting me an appointment. When I arrived they were very punctual in getting me seated. But they also had a very cute waiting area with plenty of space. The hair washing was very relaxing and all of their products smell so good! Alex was very attentive and checked in constantly throughout the haircut to make sure everything was going well and triple checked all the lengths multiple times throughout as well. I had such a great experience and will definitely be back the next time I have any hair related needs!

Best service ever. The stylist Alex and Rahell were so attentive. I was there for about six hours getting a bayalage and they gave me these amazing korean cookies. These people know what they are doing.

I just got my hair cut in layers and my mom in a bob. It turned out so nice and the woman cutting my hair was really nice! I didn’t get her name and the man’s name but they were really attentive and nice! Would come again and recommend.

Jessica is the only hairdresser who knows how to cut my curly hair. She's great at cutting men's hair as well my husband loves how she cuts his hair. We haven't been anywhere else since we found this place
