What happened to the front desk staff of before ? I used to come to this gym with my friends and it was a good fun environment with excellent customer service. The manager from before Jackson was always attentive and helped everyone meanwhile the new guy at the front won’t even bother to look at anyone with his hat on backwards always looking at his phone. Happy to see that the same sales guys are here as before with Henry being the same nice guy as he always was but something seriously needs to change at the front desk receptionist area

Isaiah at the front desk with the hat on was super unprofessional and very rude when I went in. I came in thinking about unfreezing my membership to talk to one of the sales manager to add my sister under my account but he wasn’t there. I have family members under LA and we are thinking about canceling after this.

An employee at the front desk named Isaiah was very unprofessional and declined my membership for no reason, refused to accept my cash payment offer, then accused me of smoking because I was waiting in the male locker room for my friends. He should not be working in a gym.

I had a terrible experience with an employee named Isaiah at the front desk . He rudely accused me of smoking in the restroom when I was just sitting and waiting for my friends. Then, without any reason, he kicked us off the basketball court, disrupting our day. Additionally, he inappropriately asked a minor too many personal questions, making us all feel uncomfortable.

I finally decided to join a gym after two years.This L.A Fitness is clean and Staff are Great. Luke at the front desk helped me and sent me to the Manager Henry which helped me and gave me a tour.I didn't feel pressure to sign up However I decided to join and signed up my Wife and brother.I appreciate that Henry and Luke were very pleasant.I over stayed since I was giving a gift a towel and shaker cup.Henry also helped me set up the L.A fitness mobile. My thumbs Up to this Gym and Manager Henry made me laugh and feel very comfortable since its been 2 years since I stepped in a Gym. I work in an office where people are Negative and blabbermouths this will be a good stress outlet. Thanks L.A fitness!

The staff at this location is great, specifically the manager, Henry was extremely nice & helpful. He helped me with my transition to this location & made sure everything was to standard. Since then, he always greets me & makes sure the location is up to par to my liking. His kindness & generosity make my day. Highly recommend this location.

First thing in the morning the gym is often in disarray with weights and trash all over and several attempts to reach management have gone nowhere. This has been a problem that’s gotten worse over the last two years I’ve attended this location, even with different staff. It’s like either they aren’t trained to clean things up or they simply don’t care.
If you like missing and misplaced weights and trash randomly throughout, then this is the gym for you!
