I love this kwik kar more than others because the service is fast and the people are amazing! It is the only place I take my car. Simba was amazing! He walked me through every step of the process and was so kind through the whole thing.

I’m so thankful to have found this place. I’ve been coming for regular oil changes/ties/brakes for years and have always felt comfortable with their mechanics and knowledge.
Most recently, my engine light started flashing on a Saturday at 4pm and I was worried as that hasn’t happened before. I drove my car over hoping they could look into the issue before they closed at 5pm. Austin and the crew looked at my car right away and figured out the issue.
Not only did they top off the car with 3+ quarts of oil (my car was burning too much), but when I got on the phone with my dad and struggled to explain what was going on, Austin offered to explain the issue to him.

Best place to bring your car to get checked out. Customer service is always excellent. Attention to detail is always prioritized. The team always makes sure to hear you out and ensure all concerns and questions are addressed. Not to mention, one of the greatest managers of any establishment, Austin, does his best to ensure you're taken care of. Highly recommend

I came to get an inspection and they said it would be a 20-25 minute wait because there were a few in front of me, but I drove out of there in about 15 minutes. They are super quick, nice, and not very expensive at all. Will always come back here

I highly encourage you to use your coupon for your oil change and or fluids and promptly leave that store. I came in for an oil change only and was told I needed new fluid, new rotors and new brake pads. My brake fluid was cloudy and coolant was low. And I did need an oil change, all accurate.
My issue is when I asked for the estimate of all four rotors and brake pads to be replaced they quoted me for a little over $1,200.
I felt uneasy about it and went and got a second opinion from Ethridge Auto Center in Colleyville. Not only were all of my rotors okay, my brake pads had 50% remaining on the front and rear. No maintenance was required at all. Ethridge charged me $39 to confirm and road test everything. I have the receipts to prove it and would be happy to share if Google would allow me to post a picture.
Use your coupon to get your oil change and promptly get the heck out of that store.
