Not a complaint really, I'm just wondering when you guys plan on updating your store hours on the door and websites? I wasn't aware that you guys started closing at 12:45 instead of 1am. But everytime I've gone around that time or happen to be in the store grabbing things as soon as 1245 hits were told attention shoppers Kroger is now closed followed by "any remaining customers are to bring their items up to the self-checkout cashier so she can check you out" meanwhile previous customers are standing by the door waiting to be let out because the doors are locked. Anyways 1245 is an odd time to close but that's just me. But I would update your hours so that people aren't showing up thinking you're open when you're not and close at 12:45 now

I've been shopping here for over 10 years. I've always been impressed by how friendly the employees are. It's also really nice to see some long-term faces that have been here for several years.
They make great in-store tortillas, they usually have pretty great produce, their floral department is usually very well stocked, and overall it's often a very pleasant shopping experience.

Kroger is always a good place to shop. It's just a little too expensive for me. I just get certain things from Krogers, like the deals they have on sodas, green tea, Gatorade, and the fresh fruit salads.

Deserves zero stars. Laziest employees ever. 7:30 A supervisor was busy and two other supervisors were talking causally. I politely asked if they could help me and a Hispanic lady with glasses, dyed hair and black woman gave me attitude for asking. They went right back to talking.

Great job Kroger! Our visit to this location was a late afternoon trip where the customer count seemed reduced. The number of open lanes seemed to fit the at this time as there seemed to be only one or two people waiting in the self checkout lanes and the other open cashier lanes. Items were quite easy to find overall but the quantities were reduced. May be a popular item we were looking for and it was late in a Sunday. Thanks again for a good overall visit.

On 4/23/24- I placed an order online that was delivered to the wrong address. I called the moment it showed delivered. I waited on hold for 20 min while someone cotacted dispatch to contract the driver to verify it had been delivered to the wrong address. I was eventually told was told that I would receive a refund.
TODAY I was CHARGED more that the initial order. I spoke to a representative on the phone who was supposed to get me a supervisor, but instead hung up on me. I then spoke to some via chat who states it was done, but I would have to wait 7-10 business days to get my money back. I asked why I was charged more and they said because my order was processed on the day the sales ended, but you had already held a pending transaction for the amount of the order and I ordered BEFORE the coupons expired.
So, I called back and got a "supervisor" Katie. To be fair to her, she was calm and pleasant...she handled herself well considering I am LIVID. (She should really get an incentive. I would hire her in a heartbeat if she worked in accounting. I need a Katie) She explained, but I could tell she's well trained to stick to the de-escalation script. She still could not explain how I had already received the refund for canceling their "boost" service, but had not received my order refund, or whybI was still charged since the person should have canceled the order when I called on Tuesday.
Outcomes:
1. Will NEVER order from Kroger again. I will, use my remaining fuel point.
2. Their delivery service is giving mediocre.
3. Always ask to speak to someone in the USA.
4. You'd be better off ordering from HEB or Tom Thumb....BEFORE they solidify the merger.
5. Screenshot attached. Always keep the receipts.
Make good choices! ?

I recently visited this store on 04/24/24 between 8 and 9 pm, as I entered the store on my way to the restroom and toothbrush section,I passed several employees standing around idle by the self checkout lanes at the podium, chatting, as I walked past them a middle - aged black female associate wearing glasses with her hair pulled back going the same direction as myself.Ive been ill with a throat issue for sometime and I had to clear my throat, this female associate that was supposed to be working at the self checkout, screams out oh that's NASTYas loud as she possibly could,I cannot swallow without clearing my throat due to swelling in my throat KROGER I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING BULLIED BY A RUDE ASSOCIATE THAT YOU SHOULD RETRAIN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE ON HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH COMMON SENSE AND SOME EMPATHY .IVE SHOPPED AT THIS STORE FOR THE LAST 16 YEARS,HIRE PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY LIKE TO WORK THERE AND NOT TAKE THEIR FRUSTRATION OUT ON CUSTOMERS!

Dear manager, please do not allow internet service sales people to stand around the store and bug people when they’re trying to shop. I feel like I need to avoid the three aisles that they’re standing next to. Every time I come in and see them standing there, I want to turn around and go across the street to Walmart.

I used brag on this Kroger, but not anymore. I purchased some Cokes (6 count 16 ounces bottles from another Kroger about a mile away. A week later, I went to this Kroger to see if they had the Cherry Coke Zeros that really wanted. Well, they didn't have them. I would have settled for the Dr. Pepper Strawberries & Cream, BUT they didn't have those either. I returned to customers service and was told I had to return them where I purchased them. I pushed back by reminding her that I had my receipt and what she was telling me did not line up with the policy that is on line. When I asked to speak with a manager, the associate returned saying that I would be given a refund "THIS TIME". According to the corporate office, it is at the stores discretion to accept returns from other stores. Again, that's not what the written policy states. This written return policy needs to be re-written to state that stores only accepts returns from other stores at their discretion OR this current written policy needs to be honored. Also, the policy needs to be posted at customers service. Finally, I took care to post a screen shot from Kroger's website. I will be getting in touch with Mr. McMullen.

The craft beer section is legit. Whoever chooses the weekly beer selection should get a promotion!
