I second what Shane below has to say. I had been using Nick with Jad's Tax for several years. No answer in over a year, office doesn't answer or return calls, and now I have just received a bill from the IRS showing I owe $5,000 that I was never made aware of from 2021! Stay away.

I have been seeing Dan for over a decade now. He has always been professional and very helpful!! I will continue to come here year after year. It’s worth the 45 min drive, one way! Highly recommend!

I have been using them for over 30 years. I cannot get through. I have great tax return results. But, I have left message after message. I cannot get through. No one returns calls. If anyone knows what is happening, please advise. Thank you

I’ve use this company for the last two years, the first year I had trouble getting a call back just to let me know what’s going on with my taxes. The second year went smooth..this year I spoke with Nick who did my taxes the previous two years he gave me his email I sent in my taxes and all my information and I haven’t heard anything in two months. I called several times, my wife called several times, we got no callbacks. Nothing! I called and spoke with the lady the last time, and she promised to call me back and let me know something. That was two days ago. It is now may the fourth and I my taxes. I drove up there today to go speak to these people in person and the office is closed. I would not recommend this company to anybody! Do not use Jad’s tax

I've used this family owned tax service over 15 years. They stay current with new tax laws, are consistently accurate and look for ways to save the client money. The forms are completed while you wait and fees are fair. Well worth the 2 hour drive.

Call them you won't get an answer and the vm is full. I have used them for over 10 years and never had an issue until now. Getting letters from the IRS and have sent emails and left voicemails for anyone at Jads, but can't get a return call or email. I will never go back! Horrible service.

I've been going to Jads tax service for 17 or 18 years now. Nick is hands down the most knowledgeable in taxes and everything in between. My husband and I genuinely love going to see Nick. We drive an hour each year because he's worth it and to be honest we would love to hang out with him, (and I don't like hanging out with many people) that's how great of a person he is. - Brooke & Robby Hite
