Jack took on the rebuild of my classic car and assured a 6-9 month timeline on Jan 11, 2022.he maxed out the usable funds from my insurance, took 2 years to rebuild the vehicle, was extremely hard to communicate with throughout the process.Jack claimed the vehicle was repaired and scheduled delivery. He failed to show up 2 times and then showed up the 3rd day we planned to meet.Jack demanded full payment before offloading the car from the trailer. Which I obliged and he promptly deposited the check.when I test drove the vehicle, it had major issues and is not in a driveable condition. I immediately notified Jack directly. Initially Jack said he would be out to “check the vehicle and see what need to be fixed next week.” that’s has been over 5 weeks ago now and Jack continues to make excuses and ignore my request for him to complete the job he charged me for and listed on the supplement to insurance.The vehicle has issues with missing parts, transmission issue, a major leak, and paint issues.Jack has chosen to ignore my calls, texts, and requests for him to come good on the repairs in a timely manner and I am having to seek legal counsel on how to proceed.I am extremely disappointed in this experience at this point.

I wish there was an option to give a ZERO star rating. Avoid this place at all costs! No customer service skills, zero communication skills, their workmanship is crap and they do not know how to honor the work they do. I wish I had read the reviews before going there. Trust me when I say...FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO!!! You've been warned.

I grew up going to Jacks & Paint body for a large number of years, Mr. Murphy is an incredible person & very professional at his body shop. I was best friends with his kids growing up through my entire teenage life. Family man without a doubt.

Jack did a Great job on my 2017 Ford Explorer I had damaged the rear of my vehicle finished in a little over a week perfect match of the paint I would highly recommend his body shop
