I bought a pair of JRenee shoes (Prissy black suede/patent) & unfortunately I did walk outside with the shoes & discovered these are the most horrible fitting shoes ever. There is little to no cushion in the sole of the shoes & they fit horribly. I returned the shoes & unfortunately I did not get a refund because they told me the shoes had been worn, but they did not return my shoes. i had to call three (3) times before customer service returned the shoes. I don't think I will purchase any more shoes from this website because they have poor customer service. I have bought several pairs of JRenee shoes from Dillard's dept store, but never from the JRenee store & I will not purchase any more.

My J Renee shoes are amazing. I wear narrow width shoes and it's very hard to find narrows. I was looking for shoes for my son's wedding and found the perfect 7 1/2 N Pewter colored J Renee Charolettes that looked fantastic with my dress. I was able to wear them the entire afternoon and evening of the wedding without my feet hurting at all. It was unheard of. So if you want some beautiful shoes that fit like a glove, then try J Renee!

I worked at the Dallas store on Royal Lane for two weeks. The manager was a bully, the selection was horrible and one of the sales people was a shark who liked to steal sales. And the manager told me to make sure that I didn't tell the owner I was gay, because he was very homophobic.
