I just hit my year mark and had originally moved here to be close to my 92 and 90 year old parents. My stay has been nice and in my opinion is the very best for the price in the DFW metroplex. Kathryn, the GM is professional, courteous, proactive and very proficient in her position. She is a quality person and an asset to the InTown Suites Company. The staff is a reflection of her and also very qualified in their positions and quality individuals. Truly satisfied .and appreciative, as well as grateful for my stay here. Thank you.

I came here in a panic… a year ago my mom kicked me out, I managed to get an apartment with high-school friends just for them to ruin it three months ago.
They all had parents to go home too, I didn’t. I was left broke, ruined credit and homeless…
My manager at the place I work knew about the service of this hotel and highly recommended it to me, so I went…
400$ in my pocket, a car full of my life (everything else thrown away to make constant moving bearable) and a whole slew of stress I never thought I’d have…
And the manager was perfect. She saw me on the verge of tears, trying my hardest to keep a smile on my face and worked with me every step of the way with my issues.
Told me “online we have a deal, it’s cheaper, book with us there!” I had no idea, but thanks to her, I did!
Told me “tour three different rooms, see which one fits you best and which one you want” so I did! And I found a really nice renovated studio for the online deal rate
Told me “keep renewing your check in so the rate stays the same and you don’t have to deal with increases or stress” and I have been, and she’s been right every time
I moved in, finally slept in peace for the first time in weeks. In a comfortable huge bed, clean room, cold AC, and in safety.
The amount of stress that was taken off me from being helped so much here is indescribable.
I’m lucky to have a job that pays enough, the room was 490 a week, taxes are a pain after all, but she told me keep sticking it out, stay 30 days and you’ll be a resident, just wait for that and it will get easier.
And it did! As of last week, I’m officially a long term resident and I couldn’t be happier! My room got cheaper, I have more money to save up for a future apartment, fix credit and hopefully get my own car now.
I know lots of people say “you shouldn’t like being in a motel”. “It’s poor living”. “That’s not how someone should live”.
Unless you’ve lived week to week, in a motel, keep your opinions to yourself. Week to week is a little stressful, sure it’s not my own apartment but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I love my room, I love where I stay, and I couldn’t be happier with the management and staff.
Housekeeping, front desk staff, over night crew, maintenance, are definitely top-tier staff. They are sweet, understanding, helpful, and patient. Literally everything I need right now with what’s going on in my life.
The motel is sprayed often for pests, and even that company is very kind. Even sprayed my room first when I asked so I could get ready for work faster.
The internet company is available 24/7 and are super good at their job. Getting me connected, getting my passwords set, and being very precise with their instructions.
Over all, everyone who works directly at the motel is 10/10 perfect, all the companies who work with the motel are again, 10/10 perfect.
Being here, to me feels like home. I don’t need to stress so much anymore. I didn’t need to lose my independence and go home. I’m caring for myself and making it day by day.
All with the help of this motel. The caring staff, the nice room, the good prices, and the safe community are invaluable to me.
No apartment beats the care I’ve received here. If I can stay here and live here, I am going to. There’s no other place I’d rather be, than here.
I highly, HIGHLY, recommend this place and I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else ?
Rooms: Each type of room is very nice. Some have carpet, some have vinyl flooring, and some have both.
The beds are nice, clean linen, nice pillows and very warm and comfy bedding
The AC is outstanding, loud sometimes but in 100+ weather of Texas, I’ll put up with mino

First off, they advertise “super fast WiFi,” which sounded great, but the reality was anything but. I couldn’t stream a video without it buffering every few minutes.
To top it off, I had upgraded to one of their nicer rooms, thinking I’d get a little extra comfort. Well, I got more than I bargained for: a roach infestation. Yep, I woke up to find these little critters crawling around. Not exactly the luxury experience I was looking for.
So, if you’re considering staying here, just keep in mind that you might end up with a slower connection than a snail’s pace and an unwanted surprise with your room upgrade. Definitely not the kind of “fast” or “upgraded” I had in mind.
Safe travels and may your hotel stays be critter-free and WiFi-rich!

I've stayed here one week about every 6 months without major problems, but this last time May 4,2024 was the most horrible experience of my life. I arrieved at about 8 PM, unpacked, did the internet registration ,etc. At about 10:00 PM got in bed, at about midnight something woke me up ...and realized the bed was full of bed bugs. I started killing them and they kept coming...and coming... and coming! I was horrible! I couldn't go back to bed, spent the whole night seating on a chair.
Rooms: These are low budget suites

Utterly humiliating experience from the front desk manager, Kathryn Long. I made a reservation online and arrived at the location 20 minutes before the closing time. The check in time was between 11am-7pm and despite having arrived at 6.40pm, they did not check me in. Instead they marked me as a no show and charged $50.
I had to sleep in my car because of this last minute cancellation. The management of this place is a joke and are trying to scam people by charging them no show money. Avoid this place!!

Very comfortable room was just right for me.
I loved my hot shower whenever I took one .
Nice staff had an issue and they gladly jumped right on it.
Didn't need room to cleaned I took care but they still would ask do I need anything.
I don't know about the the other inn suites but I highly recommend the Carrollton location .
The new manager there very helpful and friendly keep up the great work .

Room didn't get clean on their schedule day, or at all.
The day they came and clean all they did was take the trash, and did nothing else.
Tv service goes out often,
Internet is unreliable if you need a constant connection.
sketchy people walking around and staring at you with their doors open, didn't feel very safe.
also you'll be staying in a shoebox sized room, with the bed next too the door, hearing everyone, and everything.
one thing they did right, was customer service.
Forgot my key one day, nice young dude came and got me a new one on the day they was closed, but that's on the guy and not the company tbh.

The manager "hates when people book online instead of calling directly".
