Worst customer service ever!! Dont tell them they messed up on your couple hundred dollar order or the customer support specialist Karin will tell you "she won't tolerate 'rudeness'" and will screw you over when all you wanted was to exchange the shirts that you didnt have on your order and that they sent severely stained! Telling an upset customer who recieved incorrect shirts for half of their order that they are 'rude' for pointing out your business' poor shipment standards is very unprofessional! I've ordered through them regularly for years and have had to deal with incorrect items every time, but i'm telling you because of this childish interaction with Karin, I will NEVER be ordering from here again. Karin should be replaced, if not fired for the way she dealt with them messing up my expensive order. It was seriously ridiculous. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
