I asked for a sales person to give me a call back so I can have carpet replaced with plank and I never got a call back it's been over a week.

If I could give them a minus rating I would. 2 months after we moved in our floors started bubbling up. Mind you we have a 1 year warranty. We signed paperwork for a reinstall that they so conveniently said they never received...our entire house was turned upside down for the install that never came. Second time a week later 3/2/22 they came and then did everything they could on purpose to get out of the contractual obligation to correct the terrible installation Tried to say it was moisture when clearly it was poorly installed. My suggestion would be to run from this company and never use them...they will refuse at all cost to you to keep up with with these contracts or their services. Less than mediocre experience as well as services. This company needs to be shut down.Service: Install flooring

Someone came to access our apartment carpets that needed to be replaced due to flooding from the February snow storm, in a Friday. I signed a paper saying they would be there first thing Monday morning. My husband and I moved all furniture into living room and 3 bedrooms were empty. We all slept on the floor that night. Monday rolled around and no one showed up. I called our apartment office and they said the flooring company would come first thing Tuesday morning and they would give us a gift card. Another night on the floor. Tuesday after noon came around and still no one. We called and complained again and they sent someone right away. They came early evening on Tuesday, fixed our carpets but damaged our wall and didn’t even tell us. They also never gave us a gift card. Would t recommend this companyService: Floor fitting

We have had nothing but good experiences with Impact flooring. My rep, Jessica, always goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. The installers do a great job as well! I will definitely be recommending this company to others in the future.

This used to be a good company, my husband has been working there for a long time but now is difficult for him because He’s not paying Samuel like other other installers to take the good jobs..he wakes up very early to go to work and it’s not fair that the installers who get there late take the better jobs because they are giving a percentage to Samuel of every job they take. I think they should investigate that. We have bills to pay and with the pandemic is hard for him to start over in another company ?

I called Impact Floors for an estimate. The gentleman who answered the phone asked me a few questions and then said he would give me a phone number to a representative, I think by the name of Vanessa. Weird he wouldn't just give her my number to follow up, but ok... He gave me her 817 number so I called her and left a voicemail. I left a second voicemail today. No callback. If this is in any way indicative of the type of service I will receive from them as far as quality of work on my floors, no thank you Impact Floors. You just lost a potential customer!!!
