Prompt, courteous, professional, and exceptional quality. I recently took 14, 100-foot rolls of microfiched images for transferring to PDF files. The crew did an amazing job and I couldn't be more pleased. Documents are now searchable and stored in a manageable format. Image Retrieval scanned and ran OCR on three microfilm rolls of late 19th/early 20th century Arkansas newspapers. The quality of both scanning and OCR was excellent, especially given the rather low quality of the MF originals.

Great people, great service! They processed my work order (microfilm converted to pdf ) quickly and with fantastic results! Also, I’m very impressed with Andrew Jenkins of Image Retrieval, who explained their services in detail beforehand and later followed up to make sure all was satisfactory. Derek, Andrew and their team did a great job scanning and processing my families old genealogy book. I would recommend them to any one who would like a professionally digitized version of any printed works. Image Retrieval scanned a very large airplane flight manual (AFM/POH) for me and converted it to PDF format on a fast turnaround. It's an exact match to the plane I fly, not a generic version that is missing bits of information.Now I don't have to carry pounds of paper with me; it all now 'fits' in an iPad. Great service and wonderful people to work with!!
