If I could leave 0 stars, I would! I have had henna several times and have NEVER had this experience. THIS SALON DOES NOT USE AUTHENTIC HENNA!!! The salon that I usually go to was closed and I had an event that evening, so I decided to check out this salon; however, I should have taken heed to the reviews. My initial experience with the staff was mediocre; however, after a few hours I realized that something was wrong. I began experiencing itching, burning, and swelling in my hand so I called the salon and was advised to apply an ice pack. After a few days of the symptoms worsening and my hand being sensitive to warm water and heat, I realized that my symptoms aligned with a chemical burn. After further realizing that my skin would likely scar underneath, I called the owner and was advised to use Neosporin as she claimed this worked for her daughter who had an allergic reaction to food. First, this was nowhere near a food allergy reaction and second, Neosporin would not have been able to fix this severe of a situation. I have been applying Vitamin E oil and Bio-Oil to my hand every day until I can get in to see my doctor or seek treatment. I learned a valuable, yet painful lesson and hope that no one else has to experience this same thing. I would advise anyone to go ANYWHERE but here!!! My hand is now scarred and I will be seeking legal assistance.

This place is horrible! Thin woman in the back left corner destroyed my eyes! I’ve had individual lashes placed on my eyes several times and it has never burned with a strong smell of fumes. I let her know it was hurting and burning and she told me that “maybe I should only use strip lashes and beauty is pain”. She was also forcefully holding my eyelids open because they were burning so bad that I kept blinking. It was to the point I almost got up to fight her because it felt like torture. Here I am two days later my eyes were in so much pain I couldn’t take it. I had to use coconut oil to remove them and they were hard as rocks and still smelled strong. I think this woman used nail or super glue on my eyes. Not only that she was applying them with the nastiest dirtiest tweezers ?. I let her know but her attitude was just like ??♀️. Long story short it’s currently 2am and I just decided to write a review after laying here with an ice pack on my eyes because they are swollen. Oh and she tinted my eyebrows and left me there way too long because she said she wanted to finish her lunch. Unprofessional, nasty, and just plain malpracticedServices: Eyebrow threading

my first time here and i don't recommend, it's so unwelcoming here and don't care for your well being they're so rough and they cut my face while threading my eyebrows they left such redness and irritation for my upper lip wax and my eyebrow thread, if you're looking for a good place don't come here and they force a tip as if they deserve it wish i could give 0 stars

Best wax service! I have gone longer between my wax because the hair takes longer to grow since they pull hair from the root. Always comes out smooth and skin is also healthy. I get Brazilian and underarms every 6-8 weeks depending on growth.Service: Body waxing

If I could give negative numbers for reviews, I would give it. When they do waxing, these dirty people use the same wax material and applicator for all the customer. Yuck!!!! So disgusting!I would definitely NOT recommend it.

I went in there with a blazing migraine and asked for a head massage. OMG! I got the best head massage and my migraine went away in first 10 mins. Wow!!!
I ended up getting a facial too and my skin feels amazing. I suffer from rosacea and the aesthetician was so amazing and didn't try to force products on my skin.
I am a customer for life. I go there every couple of weeks to get my brows threaded and have never had issues.
