I won't be visiting this place anymore. A few days ago I visited this place for the second time. On my first visit, they fixed a hole in my Max Mara short-sleeved sweater, but they closed the hole above the shoulder just like in the picture. I filed a claim again and they gave me $100. The clothes were worth $500. I wanted to tell her to get the same clothes, but I held back.I shouldn't have gone back after that, but this time it wasn't for repairs, so I made a second visit. I brought a variety of clothes, including two long dresses. One of the dresses is a white one with a collar and the other is just a long dress like a cotton t-shirt.(Attach pictures)I was shocked when I saw the price they charged. I asked again the next day when I went to pick up my clothes. They exclaimed that the price was $15 per pair because they were long without any details. And the laundry became unclean. They are incredibly unfriendly and unpleasant to their guests.I will never go here again.

The service is mediocre and extremely slow. Should you decide to go inside for ordering or picking up an order, the experience becomes even more painful. You will be ignored till someone decides you have suffered enough and they are doing you a big favor. The drive through supersedes anything else; which doesn’t make sense, since the drive-through experience can be equally frustrating. One more thing, if you need a few hot-sauce packets, ask for double the amount you need, so you can get some. It used to be a better place, long ago; that’s the reason of the 3 mercy-star’s review.
