They did a fantastic job with coloring & cutting my hair. I was very nervous as I have natural curly hair but I am very impressed on how well they took care of me & my hair. The process took about 2 hours & they had a very reasonable price. They will not disappoint you.Services: Hairstyling

Have been coming here ever since I figured why not give them a shot (this was 5 years ago) because after years of trying different places they're the ones that know to handle my dry thick coarse wavy hair without taking hours. The shampooing portion of the appointment is so relaxing and always enjoy the atmosphere. All the staff here are artists and I always leave my hair looking luscious and frames my face nicely!

Only used a gown when cutting my hair so my little pieces of hair stuck to my clothes. She took less than 5 minutes cutting my hair when I asked for layers and while she was cutting my hair, she would go to other customers and receive calls. My hair ended up turning uneven and there was a huge chunk that the hairdresser didn't even cut off. Would give a 0/5 if possible.

Sloppy haircut, edges all uneven. Kim didn't even bother to check edges or ask us if looks ok before rush to next. Obviously rushed thru the hair cut since she seems want to go to next customer that walk in 5 mins after she started on us. We now need to find another hair stylist to fix all the uneven edges!!!

My go to hair salon/barber. The prices here are definitely a little more pricey than usual BUT that’s because all haircuts come with a hair wash they will scrub your head for you. Jeong is my barber and he always fades me up nicely.

First off I would give this place absolutely no stars, it would be a waste. I never tend to write bad reviews, but this is unacceptable. She wanted a blueish gray coloring to her hair and we understand that the colors can’t be exact. Took about 4 1/2hrs, reasonable. The front seemed alright, disregarding the difference in the color she wanted, but the back was terrifying. There were chunks of hair just falling out without even pulling it with force. We obviously went back, and the male who did her hair did not seem have any sympathy, just saying it was due to the amount of bleach put onto her hair, which was about 3 times.This was the first time I have ever heard a professional hair stylist say this to me. It’s a given fact that bleach could possibly damage the hair, but her hair seemed to be burnt off and bushy, which made no sense on his explanation. He did not seem to care about her hair what so ever. The funnier thing was he tried to style the burnt and bushy hair, but made it worse. Not sure if they are able to color hair. Oh, he even buzzed some hair off that she did not ask. I don’t know what he did to her hair, but this is not a professionals work. Unfortunately, we will be never ever going back. Don’t waste your time if you want unique and quality hair.Services: Hair colouring

I love this place my hairdresser always addresses my needs and wants. and is so very courteous. I don't have to wait long at all. they are very nice and polite and give very good service. my hairdresser is jeong. he is the best I've ever had as a hairdresser only because he really knows what I like in hair style. I will never go to anyone else. he's stuck with me as a customer lol :) the other ladies are very nice and good too. the environment is very nice welcoming and anyone can go in there, any type of people and any race because it's such a friendly type of place and very inviting. I went to other salons in that area and was not treated as nice as Hair Story so will be a very long time

Just had a haircut here. Price is reasonable and it's so worth it. They did a great job with my hair. Love the part that they rinse it too. Will definitely visit again.
