PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. Firstly there is a ROACH infestation (mainly in the kitchen). And it doesn’t stop. I’ve had pest control come over at least 5-7 times in my time staying here and they never fix the problem. The management, apartment, and overall build of the apartment. When I first moved into this building they were still working on it and had a terrible smell that lasted for about a month. The maintenance doesn’t care unless you complain to the office employees about the situations. Not to mention there was a HUGE BED BUG infestation in building 9 as well. No joke I’ve had to throw away my couches, mattresses, and pillows because of the Bed Bugs. The ceilings in the showers were cracking because of small mold spores and as well as dripping a red liquid that no matter how many times you clean and scrub it, it never comes out.The Bedroom doors, bathroom door, and Closet door all broke with the slightest pressure. Everything in there is just super fragile. The Apartments are also pretty dangerous, I’ve lived here 11 months and Carrollton Police circle this apartment almost every weekend. One day the apartments sent an email about a guy getting shot and one occasion when a guy getting pulled out on a stretcher. Just please save your money, 1500 a month is not worth it. I promise you’d be better off living in a Truck stop bathroom. Use this a warning Do NOT move here.

The only pro of this place is it can be cheap. Otherwise, Outlets are all lose and or broken, thermostat is broken, doors wont close, this dwelo thing im pay for doesnt work. The front of my building is almost always flooded and swampish, the trash service im req to pay for is too lazy to go up to the 2nd floor, the gym is never open. Stuff easily breaks and no effort at all is put into actual fixing it. They will put a bandaid on a broken AC unit and tell you they did everything they could. Ive had my car towed out of my own lot and was told "that sucks".Find somewhere else to live. Spending the extra money somewhere else. It cant be hard to find a place is better than this place.

Ive been a renter for 3 years. The new management is awesome very respectful and make sure you are taken care of. I’ve spoken with Keyon on many occasions and I enjoy the fact that he’s very knowledgeable and clear when it comes to communication. The new team definitely keep the residents first..

I just moved to this complex and I think everything is spectacular. The office staff is super attentive to any problem or detail, they quickly resolve any questions and support you throughout the process. I loved the place.

When you walk in the music is very loud. This guy called me to his desk and I sat for 5 minutes at his desk waiting for him to finish his paperwork. I asked for availability and he asked for my ID right away. I provided I’m looking for availability and price range before getting started. He said I need all your information before I can quote you. He was rude saying all of this all while his AirPods are in his ear too. Then he goes to say “Will ma’am this is how it’s going to work” …At that point I personally could not do business with him. He says it’s fine with me Bye have a nice day! I asked for his name and he response You don’t need to know keep walking out the door, Bye!!.. Very Unprofessional. I responded that he needed to take some customer service classes.

One of the worst apartmenr management I came across. They do not answers your phones and they do not respond to emails either. Even when they answer the phones, they ask you to come in to the leasing office to resolve the issue. What if I am traveling and not in the city to go to the leasing office? I have been trying to reach them for the past couple of days and no one even bothered to check back with me after leaving tens of voice-mail and emails.

Do not live here.Everything has about 5 coats of paint on it. Multiple things were broken when we moved in, including the deadbolt on the front door. The baseboards and drains were filthy. There were outlets that had been incorrectly installed and light switches that straight up did not work. The grounds are in awful shape with trash, dog waste, and broken glass everywhere. Our building had roaches, and the apartment office sent out an exterminator just to say there were no roaches. We did finally get pest control to come out and spray, but scheduling with the office was a nightmare because they are so unresponsive, and the roaches never 100% went away. We had to throw out hundreds of dollars in kitchen appliances because they had become infested, and spend hundreds more on our own pest control methods. They shut off our water without notice more than once for “repairs”. Our AC barely worked through the summer and our apartment frequently reached 95 degrees. When maintenance came out, we were told that since the air leaving the vents was 75 (measured with a temperature gun) there was nothing they could do, despite the outside AC unit being about 20 years old and the system never being maintenanced the entire time we were there. We had to spend even more money on thermal curtains, ice packs, and box fans just to survive the summer.Every maintenance request is treated like you are asking them to move mountains and you have to follow up constantly to get anything done. More than once they closed maintenance tickets without ever responding. If by the grace of God maintenance does come out, rest assured that they will find some way to make it your fault and your problem. They’re very nice when you’re touring, but once they have you locked into a lease, they could really care less. By the time we left, they did not pick up their phone, respond to emails or voicemails, and often there was no one in the front office during business hours. You’ll notice that they have a number of good reviews, several of which have the exact same wording copied over and over and call out staff members by name. Don’t be fooled. If you don’t believe me or the dozens of other one star reviews, here are some things I highly recommend checking for yourself on your tour:- Stoop down and check the caulking on baseboards. It will most likely be dried up or missing altogether.- Flip every single light switch in the unit.- Bring a phone charger and test every outlet. Better yet, bring a receptacle tester. They’re about $20 at any hardware store. You’ll be sure to find hot outlets.- Squeeze the corners of cabinet doors and drawers, especially in the bathroom to check for swelling from water.- Ask when the AC unit was serviced last. Ask when it was REPLACED last. Insist on seeing the condition of outside unit.- Check that the reading on the thermostat matches the temperature of the unit.- Check the weather stripping on doors and windows. If you are touring in extreme hot or cold weather, hold a hand up to the windows to test how much heat/cold is escaping. You can also purchase an infrared digital thermometer for about $30 at any hardware store.- Check for signs of German roaches. They leave droppings that look almost like black pepper or coffee grounds, as well as yellowish brown smears and stains. Open cabinets beneath sinks and shine a flashlight towards the back corners. Pull back the stripping around the fridge door to check for droppings. Also, you will most likely notice an oily or musty smell when you walk in. That’s not because the building is old- it’s because it’s infested. We lost thousands of dollars because of the management’s neglect. Living there was Hell and we had to pay them for the privilege.

Like 6 police car here today. Again because a crime. When the complex is going to start filtering people who live here? They should Ask for a valid id and not let everyone live here (there are apartments with 8 people or more and they don’t say anything). Definitely The most insecure place to live . ?

Do not live here. It's your worst nightmare and the management or the owner of the apartments do not care about their residents or the community. Employees are nice but things just don't get done at all. I've requested to fix the plumbing issues for the longest time due to safety concern since day 1 and it’s already been over three months and nothing has been done. As you can see from the image and video, that is my walkway right outside of my entrance door and it’s flooded. I get soaking wet every time I take my dog out to potty and it just keeps getting worse. Location is the best thing you can get out of this apartments but other than that, it's waste of money. Your living experience will be horrible I can guarantee you. No wonder why the rent is low compared to other apartments nearby. If you want to experience hell, you're more than welcome to try out yourself in real life by choosing this place. Stay away

Current resident - cannot expound enough upon how unprofessional this place is. I moved in end of August, the AC still does not function properly. I had to beg for my front door lock to be fixed. Half my drawers are unusable, there were paint stains everywhere. 15 different species of bugs crawling everywhere. No one seemed to have done a pre move-in check & the place was disgustingly dirty. I sent many emails with picture evidence of my issues, was summarily dismissed. The fridge never worked well, when I asked for it to be fixed, I was given the grossest most paint-stained fridge on Planet Earth. My main issue now is - it seems to have been sold to new management last week. We were never emailed with new contact information, or any changes in policy regarding the resident app. I tried to pay my rent, and it looks like old management has deleted their account from the resident app, making it impossible for me to pay rent. I cannot reach them by phone as the phone system will always reroute to someone offsite who has no idea what's going on. I am fine with living in this effective dumpster for free as that seems to be the inevitable conclusion to not being allowed to pay rent, thanks.
