Been going to this place for a little while. Generally the cosmetologists provide good haircuts but Kathy was terrible. She did not give a proper haircut and messed up the front hair. In addition she was rude and not willing to listen to how I wanted my haircut..i would think twice returning to this place and surely not take service from Kathy. All other staff provided good, professional service.

So the Josey location next to Tom Thumb is probably the best Great Clips I've ever been to. Prices suck these days as with all locations. Parking is usually easy. All the hair dressers have been wonderful but Umi (unsure of spelling) gets my look the best. If you don't have a go to independent in the City, this place can help in a pinch.
Hair type: Coarse, short. Lots of beard too!

they made me hurt so bad. Said they put in conditioner when my hair didn’t feel like it. I had to leave in the middle of my haircut.

I have fine, soft hair and I'm a senior citizen. I get my haircut that's short but at my age, I absolutely don't want a Manish haircut. I want a petal cut and a feminine style although a bit short. My stylists have been patient and professional and also accommodating with my back brace sometimes and I appreciate them very much. Patience and kindness along with talent is a great asset for me.

Robyn (sp?), was very kind and has very good people skills. She's good at assessing your vibe and matching your energy, whether your talkative or more reserved. Either way, she's a sweetheart and will do her best to accurately portray whatever source material you bring in for a cut.My beard trim did leave a little to be desired, however if I wasn't in a hurry and actually communicated that to have it fixed, there isn't a doubt in my mind she could bang it out no problemIn other words, not a skill issue, only a communications issue, and that's on ME.

Just got my hair cut. I have straight hair, it was below my bra line. The easiest cut imaginable. I showed the lady with my fingers that I wanted it cut to my nipple line. She cut it to just below my shoulders. She didn't listen to me at all. I can't believe that I paid money for this. Never coming back.

Very bad with young kids and toddlers. Communication is the worst, they start speaking in their language which is very offending.

Best cut hair place ever, great costumer service, super clean place, they desinfec every each costumer.The only thing is the wait list, but you just sign in before be there and you got it!

Why did I go here. The First Lady did my hair great but a Second Lady came in and messed everything up. Now I have to walk around with only an inch of hair for a few weeks till it grows back. This place sucks.
