Goodyear charged me $75 for an oil change on my small Ford Edge and were very eager to do some brake work as he so excitedly put it, "we can do it right now!" without 1st quoting the $498 they were going to charge me to do it. After having spent $600 of the $800 they were trying to charge me for other extras the week before. Needless to say after making an efford to make them my "go to", I didn't leave a happy customer.

The guys behind the counter helped us repair a blown tire. Although it was late in the afternoon one of the guys drove to the warehouse to get a tire to match the type we had on the other wheels. The work was done quickly. They definitely went the extra mile to help us!

Greg and James and the staff are awesome! My daughter needed axel fixed and they came through for us. Was quoted 2,220 by another place on beltline and marsh! But Goodyear fixed for more than half off the price! I’ve also had my other family members come here and they are very professional and accommodating! Only place I will go for my car services!

I have came here on two separate occasions, both times I received excellent customer service. James and his staff really went above and beyond for me. It's exactly what you want need and expect from a good car repairs shop. Great customer service, fast and friendly service, no bullying or beating around the bush. They just want to do the job and that's exactly what I want when going in to these places, unlike other places where the prices are wat tsterp and unfair and the people are rude or don't give you any knowledge or information. These people are great and I will continue to use there service everytime I need car repairs or tires. Thanks James!!

I had a nail in my tire and they charged $33 to repair the tire!! They balanced it, it didn't need to be balanced and they knew it. I wasn't the one that took the truck there, and you can bet I will NEVER go to a Goodyear for anything because they just take advantage of people

Worst experience ever. I've been purchasing batteries from this location since 2011. My car was in their possession for about 3 hours and no new battery. They also weren't able to jump-start for me to take somewhere else. I called roadside service to tow to another service provider. They jump-started the battery upon arrival. Never going back.
