Blake came out and quickly deciphered the problem. He fixed it, tested it and made an adjustment for our usage( retail front door).
We are very happy. Blake did a great job. I might note that he had to fix someone else's work, which invariably adds a layer of difficulty.

Brandon was wonderful! They identified problems with glass that had been installed improperly by a different company. The leaking glass was repaired quickly and effectively. Time was taken to educate me on how to properly care for my windows. Would definitely recommend!
